I was always very confused about this.
If they answer "yes", wouldn't that be an expression of their ego (ie "I know better than you")?
But if they answer "no" they'd be lying in order to prove to themselves or others how enlightened they are, which is also an expression of their ego.

Been diving into DeFi lately and keep seeing stuff about Decentralized Masters everywhere. Their whole thing about passive income through liquidity pools caught my attention, but something feels off about all the marketing.
Sales said it's usually $2000 but I can get in for $1450 if I sign up today (classic tbh).
The founder Tan seems knowledgeable in their videos but can't find much real info about him online. And all their testimonials look kinda staged - like who makes a 3-paragraph review about how amazing a crypto course is?
Really just trying to figure out if anyone's actually gone through their program. Did you learn anything useful? Were there hidden costs after the initial payment? Did the strategies actually work or was it just basic info you could find on YouTube?
Got some experience with crypto but DeFi is new to me. Want to learn but also don't want to throw away $1450 on another guru course that promises lambos and delivers pdfs.

Salam o alaikum, I really need help as my mom passed away recently and I've been trying to find a job ever since but have been unable to I have applied 50 jobs with no luck as I lack experience. I don't have financial support from family apart from my brother as my mom was the one taking care of all the financial burden. Currently trying to get a job so I can help out my brother and try to save money so I can study again. I barely have any experience apart from doing some work for a family friend in doing some advertisment during Eid and Ramadan. I have the following symptoms:
- My body hurts—my muscles (back, neck, legs) and possibly my bones and joints. It’s not excruciating pain, but it’s almost constant. At any given moment, if I focus on my body sensations, something is hurting. I practice meditation, and during body scans, I’ve always found it strange how much constant discomfort I feel.
- My head hurts—I have a chronic headache that feels like a band of pressure. It’s always there, pressing and hurting.
- I experience numbness in my hands and lower arms, and sometimes in my feet and lower legs.
- Often, I feel pain in my throat and the glands in my neck and armpits.
- My sleep is terrible. I wake up multiple times during the night.
- I feel extremely fatigued in the morning—both mentally and physically—and completely unrested.
- My memory is very poor. It’s extremely hard to concentrate, and I constantly experience brain fog. It’s difficult to think clearly, and if I try to study for more than 3–4 hours a day, my brain feels completely mushy.
- I feel dysthymia—low motivation, persistent low-key sadness, and low hope—along with anxiety. I often experience emotional dysregulation, with irritability being the most frequent emotion.
- I feel very hot at night and need to sleep without covers—just with a sheet. My wife always complains because she needs the covers. Now I sleep half-covered and half-exposed!
- My stomach and belly have been hurting recently (this hasn’t always been the case).
- Everything feels so tiring, mentally and physically. However, exercise seems to help. It doesn’t leave me feeling more tired the next day; in fact, it almost makes me feel slightly more energized when I stick to a routine.
- I have hand tremors, but these have been present since I was a child.
