I’ve been working with 10x Genomics single-cell RNA-seq data and I encountered an issue when splitting the files. After splitting the data, I am getting three files of lengths 8, 28, and 91, which seems unusual and incorrect to me.
I’m wondering if anyone has encountered this problem or has insights into why the files might be split this way? Is there something specific I’m missing in the process of handling or splitting the data files?
Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Godzilla should honestly have more health, considering the fact that he is such a MASSIVE target and the fact that he will be focused by multiple people, TAPERING away his health bar. Hitting his weak points also deal quite a lot of damage to him. Not to mention his 2 main ways of attacking aren’t that great.
His Atomic Breath does decent damage, however, it tracks very slowly, meaning opponents can quickly just move out of the way, perhaps like a NINJA. His stomp is honestly just pretty bad, making you get very close to the target for pretty LOW damage.
All in all, while Godzilla is very fun to play, it for the most part just doesn’t feel worth it, since you can easily get killed in about a minute to a minute and a half

The main concept is a 1-page-ish (its scrollable on Tapas so panels do not need to squeeze into a literal page) webcomic about superheroes with bad powers, mainly set in or around a British greasy spoon cafe in a ficitional city inspired by the North.
I have over 30 scripts, and aim to release this bi-monthly. I need someone ideally who is local enough to understand the themes and references, particularly to British culture and music culture as they play heavily into it.

Hello! I’m going to my first doctors visit to start the process of getting a possible diagnosis for PCOS. For years I’ve been told I likely have PCOS because I show some symptoms… none of my family members were diagnosed officially but my mom had a history of cyst I believe (going to confirm before my appointment) but is there anything I should prepare like history or questions I may be asked? I’m also worried about the possibility of diabetes, but based of simple symptoms I feel I fall more on the PCOS side of things, but just generally I feel like so many symptoms overlap.

I've recently taken an interest in Musou games, and was considering buying WO3, since it's the cheapest one on my country on PC (through a certified key seller). I've played Pirate Warriors 3 and 4, not to a great extent, but liked both. I really wanted to play Hirule Warriors DE, but I don't have enough money for it (seriously, Warriors games in Brazil are so goddamn expensive).
