So, ive been affirming hard in the last 2 days about my SP ( which ive been trying to manifest for 2 months or so with some small movement ). Its the first time I try it so hard ( last week doing visualization, the same scene like 3 times a day + SATS, but ive felt bored about it so I changed with affirms ). Btw, one weird thing happened yesterday evening, i was doing 1 hour of meditation + affirmations about my SP when suddenly another girl, which i had a fling/distant relationship a year ago came to my mind ( first time in a year or so since breakup ). Thinking about it, this girl name is literally the anagram of my SP name. Why did it happened? What does it mean?

2025.01.22 10:05 how_sad Need Relief - Engorgement Management 5 Days Postpartum
Since my baby is in the NICU and breastfeeding isn't possible at this time, I've been trying to pump to establish my milk supply. For two days, I followed my lactation consultant's advice and pumped every 3 hrs. So far, all I've been getting is colostrum. However, on the third day (yesterday), I experienced painful engorgement and stopped pumping. I'm in the process of getting a second appointment on the calendar with the lactation consultant, but in the meantime, I don't know what to do about these painful breasts!
Questions:
- Should I continue to pump through engorgement every 3 hrs? Since all I'm producing is colostrum, I don't experience pain relief at all i.e. "emptying the breast" -- in fact, I feel like I'm making it worse!
- If I should continue to pump, how can I manage this pain? I've seen ibuprofen, ice, and lymphatic massage -- anything else?
- If I keep pumping, do I risk getting mastitis?
- How long does this stage usually last? I know this is only temporary in the pumping journey, but my brain desperately needs an end goal.

Hello everyone, I’m currently in college and my major is Data Science & Analysis with an emphasis on social sciences. I will be graduating in December of 2025. I am having a hard time finding a career I want to pursue. My degree has covered topics such as Python, R programming, Data Mining, Calculus. In my social science emphasis I took classes on Public & Non Profit Budgeting, state politics, public policy, public administration, political Analysis. I’ve looked at roles such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, policy analyst, program manager.
I don’t like the idea of working as a data analyst since it is somewhat technical and I don’t like the idea of a business analyst since it’s I didn’t take classes on that and I feel like the roles you to be very independent. I have thought about becoming a policy analyst since my courses align with that as well. I know for a policy analyst there are roles in government as well as non profits. I’ve been looking and I haven’t been able to find any entry level positions in the government. My goal is to make at least 70k. In the future I would like to get my masters but not something I’m focused on or worried about right now. I also don’t have much experience or knowledge in the area of data field so If anyone has any suggestions for me I would appreciate it. I also have one year of experience as a Data Analytics intern in Healthcare but that was not technical at all and don’t pay well after college and don’t have a position open either.
Are there any other positions that someone would recommend based on my course work? Is there any good websites or places I can look for jobs in public policy?

context: i just saw a 42 y/o female simping over a 22 y/o male idol and calling him “hot”.
i do not have anything against older fans if we’re appreciating music, because kpop is a genre afterall.
but fantasizing someone and calling them “hot” when you’re twice their age? that’s the same as a 40 y/o male calling a 20 y/o female idol “sexy” isn’t it… am i the problem? what do you think?

When i got tinnitus i also got issues with pressure in my ears. It’s never right and i always feel like I’m ontop of a mountain. I crack my ears or whatever its called every minute literally, with my jaw and sometimes i do it accidentally because its so easy? im not sure how to describe it but if anyone knows why its like this please let me know🫶🏻 Overall doesnt bother me but sometimes it gets worse and i just get exhausted because i dont know whats going on. A doctor tried to check my ears but then the inside of my ear was all sensitive and she couldnt do anything.
