To counteract all the spam reviews we've been getting lately, I propose a challenge that will bring real reviews and hopefully some fun back to the site:
Go to the JUST IN crossovers section. Pick the first story where you are familiar with both of the fandoms, read it, and review.
If you can't find one in the Just In section, go to Crossovers listings and pick something you already are familiar with and try to find one that crosses over with something else you recognize. The story ideally should be new to you, by an author you don't know.

I booked an English teacher for daily conversation practice and purchased a 5-lesson package. However, after completing two lessons with her, I realized she wasn't the right fit for me. Additionally, she appeared distracted and absent-minded on several occasions during the classes. So i decided to cancel the lesson package but it seems the platform hopes the student has better message the teacher first. I feel a little bit awkward and don't know what to message her. Can i just terminate the package without messaging?

Hello!
My name is Astro. I am 25 and I live in North Texas. A year ago I went through a life changing event where I was rear ended by a pick up truck going 75 mph. He was uninsured and left the scene. I then had to go into a legal fight getting my injuries approved.
I just had surgery in September for my chest. I had to have chest reconstruction where they had to sew my ribs back into my chest because they were hyper mobile as a result of me hitting the steering wheel since my air bags did not deploy!
I am hoping to meet a nice guy who can help keep me company while I read some books and recover. I also game and enjoy anime!
I have been through quite a lot and need some comfort and relaxation. Please give me good vibes.

So I have a friend who's mom is sort of a religious nut (not basing Christianity on one person btw). The three of us talked about a mother one day who tragically lost her 3yo daughter and that the mother went to the grave to visit her child and ended up seeing the spirit of her 3yo baby on surveillance footage. The mother was overjoyed and truly believed it was her child she saw on camera (due to clothes she wore on the day she died).
But appearantly according to my friends mom it wasn't the spirit of her 3yo but rather a demon in disguise of a 3yo child. She also said the reason she said this is because "spirits don't wear clothing"

Hi all,
I’m trying to talk to a circuit board from a home appliance. I believe it has a connection for +ve voltage, ground, and a UART RX and TX. If connect to the UART lines with an Arduino, does the Arduino need to share +ve and ground with the board, or can I use usb power for the Arduino and a bench power supply for the board?
Also, if I wanted to try to read a flash chip while it’s on the board, but don’t want to power up the whole circuit by applying power to VCC, would it be insane to cut the trace to VCC and put a diode across the gap to ensure everything works if powered normally, but power applied on the pin directly won’t touch the rest of the board?

I'm not sure how it got to this point where I'm having to go to slamoholics anonymous, but I think I have a problem. It all started when I set about trying to beat the secret tank boss. The fight was properly kicking my ass, so I looked up strategies. That's where it all began... That damn hammer. I acquired the mods, I got the incarnon. My Sancti Magistar was ready. I, was ready. The "boss" became an absolute joke. I reveled in pure unfiltered delight as the bodies quickly turned lifeless and numbers in the millions cluttered my screen. I didn't realize then, the path that I would be going down...
I now find myself slamming in every mission, against every enemy. I look at my other melee weapons or even my primaries and secondaries with disgust and uninterest; asking myself, "why do I have you? I don't need you guys." Even my abilities take a backseat more often than not depending on the frame I'm using, Saryn being one of the few exceptions. I'm spiraling, but at least it hasn't gotten so bad that I've even considered putting a forma on Wukong Prime (🤢). However, I'm worried that if it continues on like this, it will only be a matter of time before I find myself making monkey noises and setting all my buttons to jump and alt fire.

My husband has told me I have been emotionally abusing him for a year. This all happened when I found out he was emotionally cheating on me with his ex girlfriend. I was extremely hurt and spiraled into very deep anxiety and worry that he would cheat on me again.
Recently I found out that he made fun of my breasts to his friend and just a lot of past stuff like lusting after woman etc.
I have been so anxious and i can’t help but to continue to ask my husband if he’s hiding something etc. but he always called me crazy and told me I need Jesus. I don’t know why I keep mentioning to him what he did wrong and that he hurt me in the past. I know he’s been trying to do better and I know I’m so wrong for constantly brining it up but I just can’t stop myself I don’t know why.he tells me that I like to be in a dark place and I’m negative. I have no one else to talk to and I think I’m just trauma dumping continuously on him. I know it’s the past and that he’s been making an effort but I feel like I’m sinking.
Today he told me we may need a separation if I continue to be anxious and that I’m emotionally abusing him. He told me he can’t live with me unless I never get anxious and bring up the past again. He told me he will pay me $5k a month if we separate. He won’t just financially leave me since I’m a SAHM and we have a baby.
I told him I promise I won’t talk about the past or be anxious and he told me we can stay together then. but I don’t know if I can really do this. My husband told me he will never leave me but now there is a condition. If I never bring up the past again. I know I need to immerse myself in Gods word but a part of me is very sad. I feel like a part of me died. I feel like I’m broken and I have a baby and I don’t want my baby to be in a dysfunctional family.
Please pray for me. Please don’t leave comments that blame me or my husband I just need some kind words and encouragement. Thank you

In every Era of media there is a go to generic enemy for bad guys. There has been go to groups that are based out of real geopolitical enemies but then spun off into alternate reality offshoots.
From the 1930s to 1950s Nazis
1960s to about 1990s Soviet/Eastern European Communists
2000s probably up until now Islamic Jihadist Groups like AL Qaeda and Isis
Prediction: 2030s to 2050s Chinese Communist Party
I feel like as 9/11 is almost a quarter of a century in the past and many people even in their 30s now have no memory of it and at least the peak of the terrorism from those groups seems to be faded at least in Western Countries, it feels like there is going to be a shift now or soon towards a new enemy caricature.
My prediction is it will be Chinese/CCP. I think more and more villians will be Chinese spies or something like that as this second cold War is continuing. Both China and the US have a myriad of issues and they'd rather blame the other country than solve it so I think hostility is increasing between them and this be reflected in media likely on both sides but my focus is on the Western Side.
I think the nature of how this will play out may mean we will get proxy groups that do the actual blowing up so those may not be Chinese, but the ultimate villians or the ones who are in control are going to be portrayed as Chinese Communist masterminds.
