My wife and I have been married for 5 years together for 7. We have twins together and are both in our 30s. In July of last year, my wife and I got into a heated argument that lead to me moving out of the house and us splitting. Since then, we've been co-parenting but not together. A few weeks ago, I met up with a women since we are split. I picked her up at her place, we went out to eat and had a nice evening. My wife and I recently decided to meet up, talk about the kids, and to note, we have slept with eachother here and there. I decided to tell her about this and she was very calm about it. She shared that she had also went on a date and to be honest, I am livid. I responded quite harshly. We got into it and she said it's not fair for me to be able to go on a date but she can not. I just feel confused. I walked out and haven't spoken to her since. It's been a few days. Am I justified in being angry about this?

The most I'm going to have time for will be getting a character to level 100, and possibly some lower tier pits, but no pit pushing or anything crazy. My question is: is there a viable synergistic build for Sorc that uses both Incinerate as well as either Lightning Spear or Chain Lightning as well?
I just like the way the fire skills look with the lightning skills. Also, any way to mix in Meteor with lightning skills? Any decent builds w/ these if I'm not pushing pits?

So i am torn between staying at work 2, going back sa work 1 and finding another job. So background lang umalis ako sa Work 1 kasi laging may delays sa salary ko and walang benefits pero sobrang gaan ng trabaho (something i am really passionate) and flexible hours. Small agency siya, so kapag may clients saka lang siguro kami nagkakaron ng tuloy-tuloy na salary. Pero all throughout na nandon ako sa agency, 5 days max na nagkaron ng delays salary, pero monthly naman akong nabigyan. Sobrang chill lang ng work since passionate nga ako dun, hinanap ko lang talaga yung security. 9 months din yung tinagal ko dun.
Sa Work 2 naman (current job). I am on probationary period. May napapansin na kong red flags sa management. Walang araw na hindi ako stress. Tapos night shift siya, 9-5. Iba to sa role kay work 1. Pero in terms sa salary, almost the same naman sila.
Tbh, working for a month here nabuburn out na ko. Idk kung naooverwhelm lang ako kasi from a single role nagtransition ako sa role na wala akong experience and yung tasks ko usually for 1-3 person job na siya. Alam ko naman na beginner pa rin ako since fresh grad ako and they don't expect me to be expert agad (hopefully) but may part sakin na mas effecient ako kung sa isang role lang ako nakafocus, hindi yung pati sa ibang task ng katrabaho ko ginagawa ko na rin. Kumbaga, one at time, dito sabay sabay hahaha lol. Idk, maybe part to ng training to see kung san ako magiging pinakaeffective na role? naistress na talaga ako. Yung utak ko di ko na alam kung san magfofocus kasi iba iba ang gagawin. Sobrang draininggggg like grrr stress na stress na ko so much. Nasa point ako na basta matapos ko tasks ko at mameet ang deadline okay na yun kahit di ko naman talaga nagegets ang mga ginagawa ko.
Natatakot ako magcommunicate sa manager ko kasi baka mapagalitan ako. Naiisip ko rin naman na baka masyado lang akong reklamador, pero ginagawa ko naman yung tasks ko sadyang napakaoverwhelming lang. Kagaya kahapon they just throw workloads sakin na para ba akong robot na hindi ko alam kung ano ipaprioritize ko tapos dapat tapos siya within the day.
What should i do? naiisip ko na mag reach out ulit kay Work 1 kaso nahihiya naman ako pero sabi nung kawork ko dun before open pa yung position na inalisan ko. Should i give Work 2 more chance kahit nabuburn out na ko? Should i try to stay longer and be resilient? or Should i find another job?
Huhu btw, im 21F baguhan sa workforce.

Hey guys, I have a little problem about using adguard Home with my Fritz Box. I added the dns server with IPv4 and 6 to the dns section on the internet settings but my devices only sometimes actually get services blocked. I checked on it and noticed my iPhone using the standard Fritz address as dns. When I change it to my server, it works completely fine. On the other hand, if I change it on the Fritz box entirely to pass everything through the adguard server, it also seems to work but this way I lose my internal dns addresses which makes this path not working for me.
I also noticed the button to use the fritz box's dns, when adguard fails but I do not want to deactivate that, as my server is not a pi, but a an entire home server, which sometimes is not online due to changes.
How can I enforce devices to actually go through adguard without them needing to setup the server as dns or losing my internal addresses?
p.s.: I also wonder about the block types. I don't seem to get differences if I use default, nx, null ip or any other. Even setting up a different ip address does not work. I would totally love a message about the reason of the block, which I'd like to individually set up for certain pages.
