8 éve élünk az Egyesült Királyságban. Mindig is rettegtem attól, mi lesz akkor, ha valamelyikünk megbetegszik, de nem gondoltam volna, hogy ez ilyen hamar bekövetkezik. A problémáim egy éve kezdődtek, és mivel a munkám által van magán-egészségügyi biztosításom, nem kellett kivárnom az NHS hosszú várólistáját. Persze félrediagnosztizáltak, és 6 hónap után az volt a diagnózis, hogy a fájdalmam "csak a fejemben van".
Szeptemberben bekerültem az állami kórházba súlyos fájdalmakkal. Itt felmerült a gyanú, hogy nőgyógyászati problémáról van szó, és szükség lenne egy ultrahangvizsgálatra. Örültem, hogy végre haladunk valamerre, de aztán jött a feketeleves: egy egyszerű ultrahangra 6 hónapot kell várni. Ettől a ponttól kezdve a súlyos fájdalom állandósult, már sétálni, edzeni stb. sem tudok.
Sikerült magánúton ultrahangot intézni, ahol végre megkaptam a helyes diagnózist. Az állami ultrahangon egyébként azt közölték, hogy semmi bajom, és csak képzelem a fájdalmat. Műtétre van szükségem, ezért visszamentem az állami ellátáshoz, de ott 6 évet kellene várnom. Végül sikerült egy szakértőt találnunk, aki külföldön elvégzi a műtétet.
Rettegek viszont attól, mi lesz velem a műtét után, ha kiújul a betegség. Itt nincs olyan nőgyógyász, akihez el tudnék menni, hogy nyomon kövesse az állapotomat. Gyógytornára sem utalnak be. Úgy érzem, mintha egyszerűen magamra hagynának.
Van itt más is aki egészségügyi okok miatt költözött haza?

Sprit plauge starts showing dmg 1s after casting it. Since I have curse refresh node on chaos bolts, and I hit waay more often than once per second with it does that mean it will never do any damage? Or will it proc once on every chaos bolts hit?

Hi , i have a few questions in regard to spark stormweaver if anyone here mess with it a lot: -after the patch considered casting doesn't work for cast on shock , what gem is best to replace it ( lightning mastery, rising tempest , execute) -i am doing crit (28% crit chance on spark) is it worth it to annoit lightning rod or the 15%max lightning damg? -my lightning conduit doesn't show global plus level gems when socketed in cast on shock is that a visual bug or it is not applying ? ( Im on console) -how much shock chance i have to take on tree to have a smoother shock ( or i only need high dmg on spark (currently 170k tt)?) does it matter a lot ? Thank you in advance 🙏

Did o chem content review through Kaplan a while back and finally went through a few O chem Uhurl questions today and I feel so lost. I did well in O chem 1 and 2 and breezed through the ACS exam but somehow I am blanking out on these questions !! I could have just completely forgotten, but I genuinely think I have not seen or been taught most of the terms ever. Is anyone else having this problem?
I decided to do content review again but differently this time. I have no idea where to start and am scared I will repeat the same situation. Anyone know what resources I should be studying from and the general path I should take for this second round of content review???

I love the name Liesl but don't want to give a nickname as a name (in Germany it's just a nickname and not normally a name). Liesl can be a nickname for Elizabeth, Anneliese and Lieselotte (as far as I know). We can't use the last 2 names so that would leave Elizabeth. I really like how classic it is but I've realized I'm not a fan of any other nicknames for it - Liz, Lizzy, Eliza, Beth. I know once she's grown it's her choice to decide what she's called and that's why I like possibly giving a name with different nicknames but I think want to like the name too.
Is this an ok way to pick a name? Anyone know any other names that can have Liesl as a nickname?

Sorry I know there's a million and one questions in this regard. But my question is this being that the 90 Day rule changed. I've asked the FFL about the ruling and they say from pick up is where the 90 days starts for another purchase. I currently have a Premise and a CCW and I purchased on the CCW. So once the 90 days passed between what I purchased on the CCW I should be able to purchase on my Premise. I haven't purchased anything on that license in over a year. Am I looking at this wrong or will I encounter a problem?

Does anyone else find Cantourage’s really inconsistent with their lead times for prescriptions?
I’ve been weird even around two and a half years now. Some months I’ll make an order and I’ll get the payment link next day, sometimes it’ll be the following week and this month it’s coming up to two weeks.
I check the stock before ordering and select strains showing as in stock, but managing my meds can be a bit of a struggle as I don’t know if I’ll be waiting 2 days or 15 days to get my order.
Are any of the other clinics any more on the ball or is the delay with Cedarwood?
