I will occasionally high idle my car from the standard 1k rpm to 2-2.5k on days like today when it’s 3 degrees to help the windshield defrost. Besides the obvious more rpm’s=more wear, does this have any material impact on the engine?

Does anybody know an email that an actual person that cares at Google would read?
This is not about getting anything but how to skip the layers and layers of customer service that didn't give a damn about anything.
When the update email came, I was a happy (almost proud, taking into account I'm in iPhone country) Pixel user. I entered a Google store to spend hundreds of dollars on a new phone... And a week later, 1 more visit to the store, 3 online chats and 2 emails from customer service later, I deeply dislike the company. Every step was worse than the one before. Unhelpful. Automatic responses. Responses not answering my questions. All of it.
I'm sure somebody high enough would like to read the story and reflect but I don't know how to reach them.

Would appreciate some advice here. 48 years old, FTP 251 3.3 w/kg. Having researched and listened to some podcasts, I've changed my training focus from 2 or 3 hard anaerobic or threshold efforts per week to increasing volume by adding in a couple of extra days in high zone 2 with one or two harder efforts during the week. So now riding 4-5 times per week lower intensity with less frequent harder efforts. I do a couple of weights sessions in addition too.
Having done this regime for a couple of weeks, just climbed Alpe du Zwift and felt terrible, nothing in the legs, difficult getting the heart rate up. Still under an hour but more than 2 min short of my best.
Just a bad day, too much volume or I just need time to adapt??

What should I do? This is a huge issue. The wealthy 1-5% of Thailand don't seem to care about us, middle-poor class at all they only focus on the money in their bank accounts.
"Rich get richer and poor get poorer" – this phrase has been true in the past and has been remained true today in Thailand.
Take air pollution pm2.5 as an example.
The rich can afford expensive air purifiers like Dyson, while the middle class and working-class people have to accept their fate and even loan money from Bank, resulting them to have more dept, and the bank get more money from interest!
I can't solve this problem alone. it's a scale of national level and too big for just one person.
But I believe if we unite, we can definitely fix this, just like how the Avengers came together to defeat Thanos or how
