Both programs are in great areas, have good fellowship match rates and good wellness
I like Peds and the possibility of some really good fellowships options, and i really like working with kids, only drawback May be the lower pay
I like FM as well as I can work with Peds patients as well as adult and OB, but fellowship options don’t really seem that good, and every time I’ve rotated with a pediatrician or internal medicine doctor they have always made some snide remarks about Family medicine physicians, along the line of “they aren’t as good as a pediatrician or as good as an internal medicine PCP”
Anybody wanna pitch in some pros or cons of Peds or FM?

A man consistently complained to his friends about seeing a strange man standing in his window for over two weeks. Each time, his friends assured him it was merely a recurring dream. The peculiar aspect of the situation was that he resided on the third floor of an apartment building without balconies.
One day, disregarding his friends' reassurances, he contacted the apartment manager, explaining the problem. Hi. My name is Rachel and I had an abdominal hysterectomy taking everything except cervix 8 days ago. I had large fibroids and a tethered bladder. Recovery has been ok but I am still having severe cramping and spasms in my bladder when I go to the toilet. The pain is so bad, it’s making me scared to go. I’m drinking plenty of water and taking laxatives once a day. Does anyone have any tips or words of comfort? Also, my back feels like it’s breaking in half and I’m finding it virtually impossible to climb the stairs at the end of the day. Does anyone else have this? I had a spinal block during the surgery. Need ko sana ng help sa hybrid setup ko, meron akong Gaming PC and Macbook. Yung Gaming PC ko ginagamit ko rin minsan sa work ko then yung Macbook ko for Work and Freelance. Triny ko ikabit yung HDMI ng Mac ko sa monitor, pero pag nililipat ko yung Input ng Monitor to DisplayPort (PC), di ko na maibalik sa Macbook, parang nagiisleep ata. Naka clamshell mode kasi ako, meaning Power + HDMI auto awake. Pag inalis either, mag sleep sya.
Gusto ko sana setup 1 monitor lang, then switching.
Also 2 yung keyboard ko, and 2 mouse

Need ko na ba magpalit ng monitor? Luma na kasi to, 1080p TN Panel na ViewSonic XG240R.
Mejo napansin ko sumasakit na rin mata ko sa 1080p + TN Panel, dahil siguro nasanay ako sa 2k IPS.
Also, if may masuggest ba kayo na magandang 1440p - 120hz++ - 27" atleast na monitor?

2025.01.22 10:08 eldritchcrows What is up with the animation in S2E10?
I’m on another (infinite) rewatch of Natsume Yuujinchou and I just hit episode 10 of season 2 again, “Temporary Home”. I know I noticed this on my first watch too, but the animation for this episode is insane, especially compared to the rest of the season. It’s super extra, character movement detail-wise, and fluid and just all around stunning. I have to wonder if the art direction for that episode had something special going on with it, or a particularly high budget because just wow. The style seems to change around a lot in the episode too, which is super interesting to see.
Just posting here cause I’m genuinely so intrigued with this episode now haha. I know the show gets a really nice quality batch once in a while but this specific episode seems to be in a different realm of its own 🙏<3
