i don’t know if should end it with this guy that i’ve been talking to for like only a week. idk. i’m so confused about everything. i have a really bad habit of getting attached quickly. obviously i don’t show it, like im not texting all day, but when i like someone romantically, i become emotionally invested really quickly. i’m mindful to not impose this on them but internally, it’s hell. waiting for a text sucks.
and due to this, i have told myself that i am only going to fully invest myself in a man who returns that gesture. and at the start this guy was really fun to talk to but it’s only been a week and there’s this MASSIVE downgrade in the quality and quantity of texts.
i feel like im overreacting but i also genuinely cannot control my feelings. one part of me is saying i should simply unadd him, i mean, he’s active and engaging enough for his snapscore to go up (pls don’t judge me for using snapchat ik i judge myself too😭) but he hasn’t responded to me the entire day. like clearly he doesn’t wanna talk to me, so why should i keep waiting for a text. why shouldn’t i just unadd and let this source of anxiety go?
but then im like, ‘but ugh he’s really nice other times and he’s funny and attractive, what should i do?’ like i really REALLY don’t want to play games. like this isn’t high school, i don’t want anyone to play “hard to get” or whatever. so should i unadd him? or should i wait until the next day? mind you i sent him a snap during midday and he didn’t open that either.

23M and an absolute beginner. I have never in my entire life worried or paid attention to fragrance. I used to apply whatever deo or body spray we have at home. Be it men or women, I never cared.
But, this year I am trying my absolute best to MAX out myself. I am fixing everything, my diet, my physique, my work, my skills, my wardrobe, and so I realized the importance of smelling good. I have read and heard a lot about western people having a problem with us Indians of smelling terrible. And I agree with that. Most of my friends and I, never paid attention to hygiene and presentation primarily because no one taught us that.
So, I would want to smell good as well. Not to please anyone, but it's just feels good to smell good, right?
I would want to buy full bottles for sure, but before that I would want to find what fragrance I like or work on me. Next month, I'm going on a trip to Mussoorie and would want to have fragrances for that.
Usually, most of my day is spent at my desk working (i work from home) so I wont need a fragrance for that. But other than that, I go to the gym or just out to hang out with friends.
I was thinking of ordering these: - Cool Water Intense Davidoff
- Sillage
- Afnan 9 PM
But I have no idea and cant figure out what to go with. Please let me know your recommendations.

I'm looking for some advice on my decision whether to carry on with vet med. I'm a 20 year old who started studying vet med 2 years ago. Like most people in this field vet med was all I had wanted to do but I had never given myself time to look at any alternative careers. I'm now regretting not doing that as I am really doubting if veterinary is for me anymore. I started in first year and only last a few months before I had to take a break. I felt I was burnt out as I had put so much time and effort into getting the grades to actually get into uni that when I started I was not mentally in the place to continue. I felt like such a failure for having to 'give up' in such a short time. However, I am now so grateful for doing that as I've worked a lot on myself mentally and I am a completely different person to what I was 2 years ago. The issue is I was meant to take only 1 year out but I got to the end of that year and wasn't ready to commit to such a long course again, so I took another year. I have done a lot in these two years like part time work to fund some travel, volunteering and worked on myself. Now comes the time where I have to decide if I should return. In all honesty the thought of going back fills me with dread as I have read and spoke to so many vets who regret this career. I am aware that I can't use other people's opinions and experiences to guide my own but I just see so much negativity around this field that it really does make me question if it's right for me.
I have this gut feeling that it isn't for me and I always feel so selfish for that, knowing that so many people would kill to have a place in vet med. But there is just something in my intuition telling me to look at other careers. The thing is I feel like I'm wasting time, I don't know what other career I would do. I have always had an interest in psychology and the brain but I also love the thought of helping animals in some way, whether that is becoming a vet or taking another path that will still enable me to help animals. If anyone has got any advice or has been in a similar position I would love to hear it. (Sorry for the ramble)
