Lost about 25 lbs in 6 months...Then stayed on Contrave for the past month since I'm afraid to stop it because I'd gain weight back.
In the past month even though I'm still on it I went back to my old habits of snacking and eating large portions at dinner. I know I need to stop this behavior, but Contrave doesn't seem to be helping my food noise any longer.
I started and am still on full dose.
My doctor isn't much help w/this. Wondering if stopping and restarting Contrave would help me lose my food cravings as it did in the past.

Okay im gonna try to explain this in the best way i possibly can, so basically i have a condition where i physically cant burp and its affecting my breath support, basically instead of burping i get gurgles in my throat at random times that i cant help like almost a burp but not, i can feel a gurgle before it actually makes a noise in my throat (sorry if tmi) so when i breathe in i dont know why but it keeps triggering the gurgles and i keep doing it and it cuts off my singing, which means if i wanna sing i cant get the right breath support, the only way i can sing is if i sing before breakfast but then my voice isnt really warmed up and i have barely any practice time, this is the reason ive been struggling with my breath support, if anyone else has this or if anyone else has any tips please let me know because im struggling with it

2025.01.22 11:02 RoastBeefDisease Can someone who's had experience with laser coagulation procedures help answer some questions?
Maybe I'm not googling the right stuff, but it doesn't seem like there's much talk on reddit about this and I've read some medical articles but still had some questions.
Back in December I had an eye hemorrhage and a few days after I got the eye injection. 5 weeks later my eyesight is barely any better but yesterday I had the laser procedure done (I'm not sure what the proper name even is. I just remember the words coagulation, laser and argon. It took about 5 minutes to do). This ophthalmologist always seems to be in a rush based off the 3 times I've seen him so I never really asked these questions and just hoped I'd get better over time til the next visit. I have another injection in 3 weeks.
- How long will my eye be blurry and sensitive to light?
- How long until my eye sight should start improving to be back to how it was before I ever had the hemorrhage?
- I was told not to rub my eye, how long should I avoid that and should I wear a patch over it if I'm outside in the wind?
- Can I use OTC eye drops for dryness right away? (And is it normal that after a few hours my eye is red as heck!)

Hi fellow parents. I have a question that I think is preemie related.
When did your baby start sleeping through the night without requiring night feeds? My daughter is 7 months now, 4 months adjusted (nearly 5 mo adj) and is still waking every 2-3 hrs to eat. I love that she is thriving and meeting milestones but I am going back to work, and really only get max 6 hrs sleep in 1.5 hr increments.
My husband is incredibly helpful and supportive but he also has a sleep condition that his doctors are investigating that make him sleep walk and fall asleep dangerously easily. This makes me anxious over night and so I try to manage the night cares myself for this reason. He assists me at night with our baby as much as he can.
To be sure that I am including all the information: she is on 22 cal formula, eating solids- typically 4-6 oz of puree a day. Non puree solids are given for her to explore but she doesn’t eat a significant amount of them. Purées though are life in her eyes. She loves them. Her favorites seem to be squash, beef, any and all fruit but especially mango and coconut. We deed a mixture of homemade and store bought. We also give her solids of whatever we are eating in an appropriate form for dinner and often other meals.

I feel like i take the cards to literally. Every time i do a reading for myself i cant seem to understand the message. I tried joining a server to do exchanges as i am normally spot in with readings for others but i had someone who did not put in any effort and i ended up getting the feeling the the person lied to me?
I tried asking the cards what kind of readings they enjoy and they said the lovers card. I feel like it means reading that are done out of love and not desperation.
I have two things im currently obsessed with. One my love life and the second thing is my future, they both scare me and so far that is all the cards are telling me that i am scared though i just wish to know what i should expect. I can be a very posetive person but things i want more then anything is something i am to scared to believe in will actually happen though i have a feeling that it might but who says my feelings are not just 100% hope 0% logic

Why i ask is cause they keep losing patreons each day now. 2 days ago 1.420 next day 1.404 and now 1.394. While greetings give money there is however a big decrease with them. S4 is by far the best season atm and its doing i say good but the Spanish and English epesoides are doing view and like wise horrible sinse ep 4. I love the show but i feel like elimination fanseasons are not popular anymore like they were with Td Reboot era or when poeple taugth s2 was reboot off Total Drama. Again i love the show but based in the decreasing patreons,likes views and also edits on Tiktok cause Tiktok blew Disventure Camp s2 up. And now there almost not many s4 edits when a ep is out. I feel like s4 could be the last one for a while not cause its a bad season but for some reason Disventure Camp losing intrest. It is not cause off the new cast btw! As ep 1-3 Spanish and English did amazing view and like wise.
