Im really tired of running from arrows that magically hit you even if you run and also magically make cuts in the most undesired places, despite having DECENT armor (normal recon armor, normal-good flak vests, thrumbofur clothes)
Combat Extended is out of the question, as it simply changes too much. I just want some "fix" for the crappy projectile system as it is utter garbage in my eyes, and the absolutely useless armor, HOW does a pawn get downed using thrumbofur duster, thrumbofur button down shirt and a flak vest by some retarded tribal with awful bow and a shooting skill of 1, HOWWW?.

Hello, I have no doubt you have heard of this issue before, but this has been a *very frustrating* issue for me for the last like 5 years. I've contacted support to no avail because I don't have a premium account. I sticked around because I assumed something like that would have been fixed at some point but I'm using gitlab again lately and I just can't be arsed anymore and will be moving away from it.
Each time I log in I also get an email notifying me that I'm signing from a new location which I"m not. This is the *only* website in the entire internet with which I have this issue. I can't do anything about it and support won't talk to me.
It's not a router issue btw my IP isn't *that* dynamic (it may have changed a couple times over the years but not every day).
Thank you for hearing me rent, you may now downvote me for negativity or whatever

Feel silly asking but I think it would be helpful to hear from others with the same problem and hopefully get some help.
I work in a factory in a team leader role, so one step below a manager role. After some frank discussions with my line manager in my 6 month reviews, as well as less formal chats with her boss, it’s clear the main thing holding me back from progressing is my “soft skills”. Asserting myself was specifically mentioned.
We are currently hiring two different manager positions that in terms of hard skills and experience, I’m confident I could do. I applied for both nearly two weeks ago and seem to have been sifted out of consideration. (They’re interviewing and I’ve not been offered one.)
Which has got me back to thinking about my various social and soft skills issues and how to improve. Honestly any suggestions or stories regarding this side of working life would be helpful.
