I was on 75mg for an entire year with no relief. Medication caused me migraines, stomach issues, insomnia along with many other disturbances. Met with a new psychiatrist who suggested that my dose is too low and that I needed to increase. My initial reaction is to wonder how increasing a medication that already makes me feel so sick could make me feel better?
Anyways, I was told to trust the professionals and have upped my dose to 112.5mg the past week. I’ve never felt worse in my life. Haven’t been able to sleep more than 2 hours straight, I have 0 appetite, stomach pain 24/7, insanely high anxiety and panic attacks , body pains/chills, headaches…. I think it’s time to quit and try something new. Has anyone in this sub quit Effexor and had more luck with something else?

- Price increase for RoW products on USA market.
- USA producers can increase prices because of reduced competition, leading to higher general prices.
- RoW producers focus more on domestic sales to maintain margins.
- increased competition in RoW leads to lower general prices.
Why does the average Trump voter not see this as a bad thing?

2025.01.22 11:39 TheAkkarin-32 How can I improve my Speaker Placement? (Beam Gen 2 + 2 Era 100s)
This is my current setup. I have the Beam Gen 2 on the TV Table very close to the edge. Distance from couch to tv is about 2,1m. The Era 100s are on stands 30cm behind the couch and 30cm inwards from the left and right edge of the couch. They are also angled towards the Main Listening Position. Because of the Computer Table I can’t move them further behind the couch or further to the sides (I also can’t move the computer table).
I feel like this placement is pretty good given the limited space. Is there anyway I could improve upon this any further?

Hi all, currently struggling and anxious with my current job right now because I keep forgetting what I need to or some details I have to know even though they keep telling me. Sometimes when I am working my brain somehow turns off by itself and I ended forgetting some what I need to do which turn to me panicking and stressing which makes it even worse. There so much details/info/work thrown at me and i don't even know how I can keep up especially their beginning to make me work alone at my shift.
I don't want to make mistakes because of it and make my boss mad or lose my job. I've been getting bad sleep because of my anxiety and overthinking over it. Is this brain fog or something else? I don't want to look for another job because it pays well and the only job I had that gave me more shifts. Please help?
