Três meses atrás postei que tinha recebido uma proposta de um ex chefe porém todo mundo me chamou de louco se aceitasse, pois ganharia menos e sairia de um trampo CLT pra um PJ. Eis que saio de férias e quando volta sou desligado depois de 3 anos me dedicando nesta empresa. Conversei com meu ex chefe e ele me disse que no momento não está precisando e que contratou 2 outras pessoas pra vaga que me ofereceu (não estou julgando, eu não quis ir pois não fazia sentido ir naquele momento)

ciao a tutti!! so che parlare di una piattaforma come wattpad in un gruppo dedicato ai libri potrebbe risultare strana come cosa, ma giuro che sono motivata da una buona causa. durante il lockdown, spesso mi sono ritrovata a leggere fan fiction sulle mie serie tv preferite, me ne innamorai così tanto che decisi di scrivere anche io qualcosa. Ora ho 16 anni e mi piacerebbe scrivere più seriamente in futuro, trovo wattpad un ottimo allenamento e mi stavo chiedendo se qualcuno di voi, che probabilmente è più grande e colto di me, potesse dare un'occhiata al mio lavoro, tenendo conto che gran parte di esso è stato fatto a 11/12 anni. La fan fiction che più mi ha intrigato è stata quella sulla serie (tratta dal manga) Alice in Borderland, chiamata "Rebel soul", successivamente ci sono due storie dedicate all'anime "Attack on titan" (Ash fields e una one shot). Magari a molti di voi non interessa, ma ricordate che stareste aiutando una ragazzina a crescere ed aumentare la sua passione💕 (Im_a_fucking_jaeger su wattpad)

Hey y’all, I know I’ve made a few posts here asking about the PFT and medical, but I really appreciate the help and clarification.
For the PFT, is it just the push ups, sit ups, and step test? Or is there also a side step test and lift/lower test? I’ve been seeing both online (one test with the side step and lift/ lower, and one without.)
Is the PFT pass/ fail, or is it scored on a points system to determine your eligibility to continue with the process?
What I mean is, at this point, early in the hiring process, are they scoring you to determine who is the more qualified candidate (12 push ups is the minimum, but you can get more points if you do more, same for sit ups), or is it just pass/ fail (12 push ups, 20 sit ups, and 5 minute box step: you either can do it or you can’t, period.)
Push ups: I know we have to hit a 4 inch block on the ground with our chests, and maintain good form, anything else?
Sit ups: I know we get to hook our feet under something, but are our arms behind our head or crossed across our chest?
Box step: pretty simple, keep stepping in cadence for the 5 minutes, up up down down. Anything else?
I really appreciate all the help and clarification you guys have given me!

I know the last time I watched a gig there was in 2019, we parked next to that Cuban bar across the bridge. I just don't wanna get there and struggle to find parking. i literally cant do that class anymore, the teacher is mean and yells at our class for a good 15 minutes each class and tells us to drop out of his class because of “dead weight”, which that itself would be fine. But all the boys in the class are weird and don’t take no for an answer, i cant even talk to a male student without the either ignoring me or basically harassing me. and the girls are just as bad, almost aways ignoring or making fun of me. the class makes me want to cry every even day. i want to be in the class for some form of structure in my life and to be able to help my community, but all i get is yelled at and told to drop out of the class (hes not just talking to me but the class as a whole, i understand that) and jrotc just added a rule in our school, there only has to be 50 students in the class for jrotc to continue; so i feel less bad. but still, can someone give me advice or their thoughts. (note: i know im over dramatic, i am only a freshman, but this is really getting to me)

I've just had my Google onsite recently and got the feedback around a week later. The recruiter was quite vague in terms of giving feedback. He said that the feedback was positive, with nothing negative. So congratulated me and said moving to TM and HC. But at the same time he said that outcome of the HC would be offer, reject or need more rounds(Which creates some confusion for me). Is the feedback on the more positive or towards the negative end?
As for interviews, the summary is as follows
Coding round - 1: Optimised solution with follow-up, no hints or bugs
Coding round - 2: A 2D matrix-based Dijkstra with no follow-up, one bug
