Just when I think things are going better I wake up with another flare up. Since I've been able to control it myself reasonably well I've never gone to the doctors/derm for help but this morning I booked an appointment with my GP, after hearing others experiences when trying to get help I'm not feeling hopeful but I can't keep living like this forever. I'm not really sure what the point of this post is, maybe just looking for support because this is so depressing. How do you guys deal with your flare ups? The worst part is not knowing 100% what triggered it.

It's interesting how Kolar begins with a long description of the intruder theory. It kind of threw me off, as I don't believe an intruder killed JB. I'm not far into the book yet, but so far I prefer Steve Thomas' writing style. It was more direct.
I didn't realize photos weren't taken of the cobwebs on one of the window panes. Seems like a big miss to me. Also his description of a detective seeing Patsy wailing and then looking at him through her fingers was chilling. I'll bet she had no tears.

Hola, estoy en mi ultimo año de civil informatica y trabajando full time como analista de datos. Basicamente lo unico que me queda hacer es el proyecto de titulo y lo estoy haciendo sobre lo que hago en la empresa, asi que igual tengo tiempo libre.
Me interesa tirarme al área de gestion de proyectos IT. Queria aprender chino, porque. Primero, he visto que un montón de papers de chinos y con una inversion de China cada vez más grande en la región, quizás me de alguna ventaja competitiva.
Que opinan? O deberia hacer un curso de PMBok no más?

Kaya tuwing nagddate kami, understandabe naman na madalas ako nagbabayad or ako yung mas malaki lagi yung ambag. Pero pakiramdam ko nasasanay na sya na dapat nililibre sya. Hi, I'm working on a project that requires a rotary joint, and i bough this one from Thorlabs, and when asking the manufacturer if it would work to go from 125-200um with adapters they said it would work. However, my setup is currently
Mediaconverter -> LC 9/125 fiber -> adapter LC-FC -> Rotary joint -> adapter FC-LC -> Mediaconverter
and I am getting intermittent signal at best. Sometimes a few packets come through. Now I was wondering, If I cut off the FC adapters, and instead fusion splice a patch cable to the ends of the rotary joint, would that work? Ive seen very differing opinions on this subreddit

Hello, Hope you are all well, wondering if anyone can help. I am British and have a TIE card (temporal) via the BREXIT withdrawal agreement. I have been living in Spain for more than five continuous years (making me eligible to apply for a permanent TIE) but my husband and I are hoping to move to the UK by the end of 2025 (pending on being successful on the UK spousal visa process). If successful, his UK spousal visa will last five years so we plan on being in the UK for at least five years, probably more. My question is, is it worth me applying for a permanent TIE card? My understanding is that you can leave Spain for up to five years without loosing your residency rights with a permanent TIE but if you return to Spain within those five years, is a few days for a holiday enough? Or do you have to be returning to actually live as a resident to not fall out of the five year time limit? It would be nice to be able to return to Spain again in the future without having to do a Spanish spousal visa process for myself and retain all my rights but maybe this isn't an option for me?

kind of a silly question but, my apartment gets really dirty, like mouldy food everywhere dirty, hey i'm working on it. I also buy sponges in bulk so i tend to have packs of packaged sponges everywhere on my floor but then i freak out cause the packaged sponges touched the floor, are they fine to use? i mean they are packaged? they do have a tiny hole, but they're mostly covered, so it should be okay, i think? is it okay to use anyways? anyways the question is, is it okay to use packaged sponges when they've touched my gross floor?

alright so my sister had an Ipad air 2 laying around just collecting dust so i thought i would put it to some use and decided that i wanted to take notes on it. Now the problem is there's no apple pencil that supports the air 2 so i found this universal pen thing which seems to be like a drop shipped product where every other company slaps their name on it but not sure. Anyways it apparently works with the air 2. The question i had was will it work as a stylus or will it act as my finger? Please let me know if anybody knows what I'm talking about. Thank you!
