Back in nov I bought an ally case and noticed there has been 2 identical purchases on my credit card and notified dbrand straight away.
I was told there has been a mistake and allow 3 days as they cannot see on their end. A whole week goes by and after multiple attempts to tell dbrand that I have been double charged I get an email that my package is as shipped to Aus.
Couple of weeks goes by and they messaged me saying that I did buy it twice and once I return the package my money would be refunded.
This would've been avoided if I hadn't been ignored. Now I spent 1/3 shipping it back to the US and they're saying that cost is my burden to bear. I can escalate this because we have ombudsman that protects consumers and I'm happy to send them all the emails and correspondence I have, if I'm being further ignored. I feel like this is an issue with a lot of dbrands customers go through.
