Some of you really should take a second to think about this. Why are you playing the game if it's to have fun great are you able to accept that losing is part of the game. If no why play something competitive. Then take a second to ask if you're having fun or just angry cause some people really don't know how to take a loss or bad game and keep it pushing.
None of us are getting paid to win or even play well while we all try to it can't always be the case. I think people should really breathe and self reflect on why they're playing the game and if it's accomplishing the desired goal. If youre just pissing yourself off by playing you should think about why you're putting so much value into it.
This is all coming from someone who used to be angry AF in games now I mute and keep it pushing.

Hello, I am a new condo homeowner and am in the process of replacing a very old washer that leaked a few weeks ago. We took out the washer and dryer from the laundry closet and the bottom wall had some discoloration. I wasn't sure if the drywall needed to be replaced or if I can leave it as is? The laundry closet has been empty and airing out for 2 weeks now and I haven't seen any obvious mold growth. I think the dark spots near the bottom are cement from the tiling underneath I think because it doesn't scrape off easily. Ideally, if the issue is only aesthetic, I'd rather leave it since no one will ever see it behind the washer, but I'm worried about any health risks. I'd appreciate any advice you guys can give.

I have been working 50-60 hour weeks last year, taking on new responsibilities due to multiple colleagues resigning - I’m basically doing three people’s jobs in one currently. I had worked so much especially during the second half of the year that I could barely remember anything - it was just wake up, work, sleep.
I got really fed up with working overtime and decided to set a boundary - no emails past 5pm. My boss gave me feedback stating that I didn’t reply to an email and failed to “escalate” something sent by a client at 9pm. I started getting anxiety, and now check my work emails on my phone ever since. However, my boss used it against me during my year end performance review, resulting in my bonus being cut and getting a lower raise of 2% (company claimed to have an “amazing year”, with average raises being 3-4%)
Meanwhile, my colleague of the same title and job scope (our work is split 50-50) had a higher bonus and a 3% raise. Honestly, it felt so humiliating getting “penalized” for something as small as this.
I feel so done.

 | I made it! Just wanted to let the group know and thank you all for your support a few days ago. I am an American living in Germany and the funniest part was when I woke up from anesthesia, I started speaking in German and told the staff that I was very cold and hungry. The staff and I previously spoke English so they were confused and said “I thought she was American” 🤣 Also, in true German fashion, they brought me tea and pretzels for a snack. Please enjoy the view from my recovery room. Of special note, I lost my dad 3 years ago to brain cancer. As soon as the nurse opened the curtain this little guy came to visit. I got the issue that the mainboard dr.debug shows AE which only means that no OS is installed. But through hdmi or vga I cannot get an image (amd processor with integrated graphics) so maybe I can get it theough IPMI? Can someone provide steps to do what I need to do to access it? I am new to server mainboards and read people here got success with this so I wanna try before again ask the support team.

I tried to hire a developer for a web app. I was looking at the know freelancer platforms to hire someone. First problem was, I didn’t know what kind of knowledge or tech stack they need to have (react, node…) and what different components I need (Backend and Database, Frontend, UX/UI etc.). After reading a litlle bit I found out what I need so I contacted some freelancers to talk about the App. Oh man, was it frustrating, it was almost impossible to tell them exaclty what I need. How the different modules of the app should be tied together etc. This went on for several weeks!
How do you guys do it? I definitely don’t have the same motivation I had when I started the project.
