Hey guys, I am a beginner and I plan to buy a gym membership. I need help coming up with a workout schedule considering I only have time on weekends (I have highly demanding full time job and other responsibilities that eats up all my weekdays and partially weekends too).
About me: Age: 22, Gender: Male, Weight: 78 kg, Height: 5ft 7
Goals: Want to be physically active, Not necessarily have to put on muscle mass but would be nice to put on some, Want to lose some fat
Please help me come with a workout split/schedule, I can't afford a trainer and considering I can only go to gym on weekends, I have been to create this habit.

I’m looking to get the Wahoo kickr core for indoor training and the zwift cog intrigues me due to its overall simplicity and eventual ease of transition between different bikes. I don’t want to have to buy a new ultegra cassette just to put on the trainer and like the idea of less use of my current drivetrain. However, I read that you can only use the Zwift cog to its full abilities if you are using Zwift…?
I do not want to pay for Zwift year round as I simply don’t care to use it in the warmer months, but may still want some short simple indoor sessions when time is limited. Does anyone have experience using the Zwift cog without the subscription and can still get the general statistics of their ride displayed (time, power, cadence, etc.)? I read that the shifting can be used as long as the Zwift app is open even if you are not paying/signed in, but this might just seem like an unnecessary hassle compared to a traditional set up…
Would love to hear any thoughts or ideas about potential other options, thanks!

I gained ALOT of weight and I hope that Fluoxetine causes weight loss for me, so I can lose the weight I gained. Also, is it good for depression and anxiety? what are your experiences? Então, nunca fui no estádio, mas sempre quis ir, por ter medo em questão de segurança: brigas de torcidas, assédio e roubos.
Já vi muitos relatos no twitter, tanto do cruzeiro quanto do atlético, de torcedoras que foram assediadas quando o amigo ou namorado saiam de perto, já vi 2 amigos que foram assaltados no estádio (aqueles furtos 'mao leve' que a pessoa nem percebe) e principalmente em clássicos sempre tive muito receio de brigas entre torcidas. Muitas coisas que me afastaram de ir assistir jogos do Cruzeiro.
Aí por isso, até hoje só assisti jogos do Sada Cruzeiro (vôlei e quando era futebol americano em 2018 tbm), e cheguei a ir em alguns jogos do América com alguns amigos meus no independência.
E assim, tudo aquilo de ruim que relatam acontecer no Mineirão em jogos do Cruzeiro ou atlético, eu nunca vi acontecer em jogos do Sada, nem em jogos do América, e por isso meu planos pra ir no Mineirão era pra ver o futebol feminino em breve.
Mas ainda assim, quero muito ir no Mineirão, em um jogo grande, assistir o Cruzeirao jogar, mas tenho muito receio.
Como é a experiência de você? Vocês tem algum conselho pra evitar esse tipo de problema?

I need to get to the Serengeti national park to check in at Osero Serengeti Tented Camp. Ideally I need to be there on the same day.
How can I do this? I know it is a 10 hour drive. Are there any companies that drive there? I can also take bush flights or a combination of flying and driving (we will not be renting a car).

I took a contract Associate PM role at a relatively large company and it was an 15$ hour paycut from my previous contract (I'm getting paid 40$ hour) Primarily because my unemployment ran out and I needed to find something ASAP. I took the role because I was previously a Project Coordinator for 2 years, and this role would be a slight step up (which would look good on my resume). I also needed to find income after unemployment ran out and took this job after 8 months of no work. I live in a HCOL area, so I'm basically living paycheck to paycheck.
We are going through a big software development life cycle project right now. My boss keeps pressuring me for deliverables for a project I don't really fully own. And it seems like my boss has alot of anxiety that it's going to fail again (Go-live) in the Spring. This multiple year Project has previously failed once before. And I've been given the task to support its competents within the project that have previously failed. I only technically have one year doing a large implementation project like this, and another one year working as a public health PM. I thought this role would be more supporting an experienced PM. Our last two 1:1's have not been positive and it's basically been her expressing frustration on why a project she initially gave me to manage hasn't been delivered on time. This is a project she has recently told me to support the senior application sperson who has been there before me will be now facilitating....because he's been doing it longer. This application support person is apparently notorious for overcomplicating everything. I feel put under insane pressure to produce what she needs, by a specific time and on top of it the pay is terrible. I've been attempting to take initiative and creating my own project plan.
I spent the whole night hyperventilating about this situation. I wanted a full-time role, but I landed a role that pays me far less and stresses me out more, and is not stable. I don't feel experienced enough for the work I've been given, and I feel like I've been setup to fail.

Hello!
When I was a child my grandmother started a whole life policy on me for about $300k. My mother was the owner and beneficiary of the policy. My mother is now seeking to transfer ownership and beneficiary status to me.
The policy has a current remaining cash value of about $28k, but it has a roughly $40k loan against it. The premium is over $3k/year with loan repayment.
I am well insured via term policies and am not concerned about keeping the policy. I am interested in surrendering it/closing it and taking the cash. However, I am concerned about the tax implications.
Are there any tax implications in this policy being transferred to me?
If I close and cash the policy, I know I will have to pay taxes on any gains the basis made throughout the years, but my larger concern is whether I will be required to pay taxes on the basis, as I didn’t pay into the account and therefore the basis money wasn’t my money could be seen as a taxable event?
In the end I don’t want to end up owing the entire surrender value (or more) in taxes. I’d rather refuse the transfer at that point.
