A little about me. I’m a tall, glasses wearing brown haired guy working in the legal field, though I don’t get into any courtroom dramatics. My username here comes from my cinematic hero and all around icon Elle Woods. I enjoy my job, which is mostly research and writing, but I think some people might think it’s boring.
In my spare time, I really enjoy reading and enjoying nature. I’m always up for a book recommendation or a good hike. I love to bake as well, though I’m definitely not ready for the tent yet. I just enjoy trying to make tasty things to give to friends and family. I play board games and D&D when I can. I like to write fiction. I’m too big a LotR nerd. I speak two languages with various degrees of “this would offend a native speaker,” guess what they are! (One might be more obvious!)

 | I faced Hairfall issue after taking corona vaccines but later it stopped but During Lockdown, My life was effected with certain things and i used to rest my crown point on a concrete wall whenever i sit on a chair by wall side and foolishly i did it for almost 8 to 10 months, even the wall paint got washed off too 😭 I hadn't noticed this untill my barber told me and then from that day i checked it, it's been 4 years and today it is looking like that and I'm not facing any hair fall problem, the hairs i loose daily range in between 50 to 100, once in a while like 1 or 2 times in a month i loose more than 100 hairs but one thing i have is Dandruff issue its not heavy but i can see it, like if i wash my hair today and from 2nd day after wash, my scalp gets little itchy and when i scratch it greasy substance comes into my nail and by 4th day i can see flakes in my hair and it gets itchy too especially in nights ( and the flakes are not white ) This dandruff issue is heavy when i used Head & Shoulders and i stopped that shampoo and I'm using Indulkeha shampoo now but still getting that dandruff issue but not heavily Now please suggest what to do with my crown point area 😭 is there any natural way to regrow it ?? Meu médico recomendou comprar importada (Lactaid), e disse que as brasileiras são uma porcaria.
Quantos comprimidos vocês tomam se forem em uma pizzaria, por exemplo?
Outra coisa, algum outro alimentos (sem lactase) faz mal para vocês?
E como vocês mudaram os hábitos alimentares de vocês? Eu estou de dieta, então praticamente só como arroz, legumes, salada e carne.
Mas tive que trocar algumas coisas na alimentação que tinham lactase.
Só tá sendo difícil pra mim comer na rua. As vezes passo o dia inteiro na universidade (sou professor), e é difícil encontrar algo sem lactose. Pelo menos para lanchar. O que vocês fazem?
