Hello!
I am looking for some advice before I proceed with my current plan. Some background: I am a construction engineering professional with an electrical background. Most of the companies (construction companies) I have worked for do not have many licensed PEs, however, we would often subcontract out to a third party engineering company for stamping of our designs and serving as the engineer-of-record.
Most state requirements, particularly Virginia, say that the engineering experience must be obtained in an organization with an engineering practice, and the experience must be verified by a licensed PE.
I have worked for one company where I should be able to verify at least two years of experience where I worked under a licensed PE.
At each other company, a third-party engineer was contracted.
My specific questions: can I have a licensed PE from my past company's subconsultant verify my experience? Has anyone tried to do this in VA, and what was your outcome? If so, do you recommend anything to increase chances of success? If not, which states allow this?

Hello!
I'm trying to do an online test (I'm a newbie at programming, and I love it!), and I keep facing two walls I don't understand. Can you help me please?
The first is for a While loop, here:

int loopVar = 1; while (loopVar <= 3) { System.out.print("Value= " + loopVar); loopVar += 5; }
There are four possible choices:
- None of the options
- Compilation error
- Value = 1
- Value = 1, Value = 2, Value = 3
Thing is, I chose None of the options and Compilation error, but it's still not the right answer. But I can't understand how it would give a value since there is loopVar + = 5 AFTER the print line. Would it execute only once in an infinite loop since the loopVar + = 5 is after the print line? Thus it would give Value = 1? Or would it be incremental? If so, how since it does not seem to be well coded to display it.
Please help me. I'm trying hard to understand this.
Then, I have trouble with a condition statement. Here's the code:
 int checkVal = 15; if(checkVal = 12) { System.out.println("A"); }
I said it should display "A". And also I tried "No display". But they're wrong answers... There are also "Compilation error" and "15A".
However, when the value doesn't fit with the If statement, shouldn't it NOT display at all? So why is "No display" wrong?
I don't understand the end result nor its functioning. Could you help me please?

I'm in mid-game, well beyond the first Genichiro. Above my vitality bar are 3 (three) pink, full symbols. 2 are the leaf-like symbol and the 3rd is a lotus-like symbol. All are full; none are blacked out at all.
I had THOUGHT that this meant I get to resurrect twice, since I got an "extra" resurrection after killing Genichiro. But if I'm fighting a boss, die, resurrect, and die again -- it's over. I never get that 3rd resurrection I was promised.
Note that the 3rd bar does NOT need to be refilled with deathblows; it has never been used at all. So why is it not available?

I'm so tired of this kind of thing happening.
Ballistic doesn't have an heirloom and probably never will. He doesn't have a prestige skin, again probably never will.
Yet the newest character in the game gets a prestige skin. I get that Ballistic isn't super popular because they refuse to give him legit buffs. But alter isn't popular either. It makes zero sense.
They do recolors of heirlooms when not all legends even have their heirloom yet.
I ended up using my shards on a universal heirloom because I'm tired of waiting.

I've been working with my current company for over 2.5 years and recently become a contractor for them (as of the 1st of January) as a limited company). I need to send them an invoice during the first week of February but I'm not sure how to structure it, or how to pay myself with a business account, how to prepare submissions, expenses etc. Essentially I'm all new to this and don't have any more than a clue as to what I'm doing.
My newly set up contract is outside of IR35 as I won't be an employee and very much a contractor.
I wanted to go with Mighty Accounting as they offer free video calls with their accountants for advice and appear to make it easy with how to expense things; you can link your bank account with them (+ they are only £50 p/m which is ideal). But they appear to have a waiting list. So I think I need to find an alternative. I have found a few but they're charging between £100-150 a month which is outside of my budget (as I'm not going to be earning that much). If anyone has any recommendations please let me know.

I'm wondering what would be the ideal healing comp for a ""casual"" guild on alliance side.
We're assuming the roster won't change between MC and AQ40/Nax.
I know 7-8 for MC is consider "standard" but: - Is that enough for AQ/Nax. I honestly can't recall. Think it's more around 10? - guild has a core of good and experience players but also some new to WoW. Would more healers be wise to be on the safe side?
Also, what would be your ideal class distribution (alliance side)?

A Spiders’ Encounter I was super lucky to witness this interesting encounter between those two types of Spiders in my garden. They stared at each other for a couple of mins but doing nothing. More interestingly, they shared the same webs with one another!!!
If you zoom all the way in, you’ll find some tiny water droplets on the silk strand. That was because of the rain last night.
In the end they decided to flee the scene but I’d already captured this wonderful moment of my Macro Photography’s lifetime.
