I(21-F) have been officially with my boyfriend(23-M) for 6 months now. So we're still in the honeymoon phase. Everything has been perfect from the start. We met through university, which we both study at. And we've been together every day since then. We've gone on trips together, he's come home with me for Christmas, met my parents and we've really been each other's person. I thought from the first time we met that this man would be mine forever. He tells me that he loves me every day, does everything for me. And has been the perfect boyfriend.
I've been open with him from the start, and told him that I have a hard time trusting people, because of previous relationships, where I've been cheated on. He promised me that he could never do something like that to me. And I trusted him 100%. I believed him.
But, two weeks ago everything changed for me. I was on his phone, out of pure curiosity. And i find out that this man has an extra Snapchat account. Where he's been sexting, and talking to dozens of girls every single day. He has sent pictures and videos of himself that make me sick just thinking about it. And he has asked girls to send him the same stuff back. But its not just the sexting part, he did have deep conversations with them. And also sendt them the same stuff that he sendt to me. For exampel a video of him playing the guitar. He have had this Snapchat account for years. Even through his entire relationship with his ex, that lasted for 4 years.
As soon as I found out, I packed up all my stuff and left. We have met once since then, and he cried and cried and told me that he doesn't know why he did this, and that it was a way for him to escape life. He tells me that he has never regretted anything so much before, and that he is sorry that he hurt me. And that he will become a better person and that he will do anything in the world to fix this, because he cannot lose me. He showed me an email, that said that he deleted the account 2 weeks ago before i found out, and because i logged in it got activated again. But i don’t really think that changes anything in this situation.
All I want is to forgive him, because I truly love him more than anything in the world. But another part of me tells me that I deserve better, and that I need to respect myself. But it's hard, I feel like I am going to die. Our whole relationship has been a big lie, and everything he has told me is a lie. He has made a choice, every single day, to cheat on me. What do I do? I can't take this anymore. Is this something you can forgive?

Last december, since walang pasok at gusto ko na rin ma try mag-worship. Just curious—are spam/unknown calls a trigger for anyone else? My OCD makes me feel like I’m in trouble all the time, plus I’m always convinced that someone is hacking me so it’s the combo of ‘what if I did something terrible and forgot and someone is trying to contact me about it’/‘what if this is a targeted hack’ that really sends me spiralling. And because I’m so anxious I never ever pick up the phone but that almost makes it worse? Like yesterday I got a call from an unknown number and didn’t pick up, and it said that they were leaving a message but I never got one. Today I get a call from a number with no caller ID that only rings a couple of times and then stops. I know logically they’re probably two unrelated spam calls, but it’s the not knowing that kills me. I always search numbers into ‘who called me’ but the identifiable number had no results, so now I can’t stop thinking about it. Sorry for the ramble, just curious if this is a trigger for others!

Listen. I live in Michigan. I get the cold and I understand Frozen Heights because it mimics my backyard.
But if you are in a frozen tundra, wouldn’t you expect more than two snowballs every so often. Like the amount of snowballs I should get when digging should be up there with dirt.
Anyways. Does anyone have any tips or tricks on getting these icy balls?

My step-father, Jack, was murdered on NYE 2010. His body was found in a landfill. He was beaten to death and thrown away like garbage. The first episode of the second volume of Unsolved Mysteries on Netflix is about the case. Unfortunately it hasn’t exposed his murderers, but we know that it was our neighbors in Old New Castle DE who hired people to kill him. I DEEPLY deeply regret not saying that in the episode (didn’t really think I could). I’m hoping that there may be people in the true crime community interested in trying to solve it, and if so, to point them in the right direction (i.e. to Frank and Regina Marini).
If anyone is interested in learning more about them generally, check out these articles about the people with whom Regina Marini had strong connections (Regina was Sherry Freebury’s driver and personal assistant)—they’re very familiar with the practice of murder for hire (with the help of New Castle law enforcement no less, though I don’t recall if that’s reported in either of these links).

I've had depression and thoughts and impulses of self-violence self-destruction since I was 12. I'm in my mid 30s now, and those feelings have come and gone a few times now, sometimes for years at a time. When I was saved, it went away for a full year, probably more. I hoped that was forever, but it wasn't. I've found temporary relief through prescribed ketamine treatment (alongside other medications prescribed), but that stuff is expensive and I hate the stigma. I want Jesus' love to be enough for me to want to live. And rationally, I do want to, because that's what he wants, and he's miraculously helped me go this far. I'm just not always rational. Sorry for bringing down the mood like this, I'm just in a particularly precarious situation right now (caretaking a sick parent (temporarily), in between permanent housing, have been in between on housing for a while now). I know my husband, church family and pastor (and Jesus of course) love me and want to support me, but I never feel I can tell anyone the truth of how bad it is. I hate to make people worry. I don't want to discourage them.
