I had a traumatic experience when I first tried a menstrual cup and it got stuck into my cervix. Then I tried disc and it didn't work out as well. Now I have another cup which is good for high cervix, it's been a month I bought it and I can't use it without feeling the fear inside me.
Whenever I try the cup , I feel the anxiety and those flashbacks when I couldn't get my cup from inside. How to overcome this fear!!! I really want a change , I need to stop using pads. Today is my 3rd day of period , I still have the fear.

Alright, this may be really stupid on my part, but I wanted to put forth forth some info and get some feedback.
My fiancé and I will be looking into new builds starting late February. An estimate for the build we want is ~$535,000.
• We are both early 30s. • He makes $86k before takes and I make ~$70k before taxes. He will be six figures by late 2026. • We have no debt. • His credit score is 815 and mine is 780. • We will have ~$150k in a down payment but the time closing costs are due. • We will have ~19k by the time closing costs are due. • There are promotions that are offered by the builder that vary from month to month - for example, the most recent is $17k off total price. • There are mortgage rate incentives if you go with they builders mortgage broker- I think somewhere starting at 5.5%. • We have gone through our budget and it does align with a property of this cost.
Are we missing anything? We are saving like crazy as I type this. We also plan to try to pay off as soon as possible, but we'll see how that goes.

I applied for an international relations postgraduate program starting July 2025. I applied November 9th. Any ideas as to when I can expect to hear back? I know they said it could take "up to" 10 weeks. I'm an American currently living in France, so there are a lot of moving parts and I am admittedly a little bit stressed.

It’s just that since the last 10-12 years, its been my companion through times bad and good. And now my workflow to deal with my emotions/ambitions/resolutions is to write on Evernote.
I love the product. But I feel they’re asking for much more than it’s worth, especially if you pay the full amount.
I would love to pay for a service that means as much to me (tbh its what I write more than anything, but its the best place I could find to do so)
Tried Obsidian, UpNote - but for some reason jt just didn’t work for me.
I just wish Evernote could have a friendlier pricing that doesn’t make me feel bad when buying it. That’s all.
Writing this because reading through this forum helped me a lot in trying new tools and then ultimately returning to Evernote :)

I’ve only had this problem since I started using the RB11 Evolution bag gloves. I use hand wraps, and since I got these my knuckle has been destroyed. It’s constantly hurting and I can feel it scraping every time I open and close my fist, it feels very tight and is extremely painful. Does anyone else have this problem?

Mialem w pudełku po tabletkach 5 pigułek ecstasy/2cb ale w sumie 5 pigul i 15 torebek strunowych pustych. Piguly luzem i torebki luzem nie ze poporcjowane. Położyłem to przy bramce mojego jednorodzinnego domu, 8 mscy temu (ostatni raz dotykałem pudelka i torebek 8 mscy temu) przy bramce mam na myśli takie zadaszenie, tam jest śmietnik i pod tym daszkiem sa różne zakamarki. Teraz nie ma tego nigdzie tam.
Moje pytanie czy może być przypal z tym związany? W sensie jak ktoś to znalazł? Było to na posesji mojego domu rodzinnego. Sporo do nas osob przychodzi ogrodników, sprzątaczy, złote rączki, pomoce domowe.
Czy odciski palcow mogą się utrzymywać na nich? Boje sie ze ktoś może mnie sprofilować po tym i uzyc tego przeciwko mnie albo w coś wrobic.
Chciałem się już pozbyć tego permanentnie bo pożegnałem stare życie. Piguły ogarnąłem jeszcze kiedyś 3 lata temu. Więc one tak lezaly nie chciałem trzymać tego w domu dlatego tam położyłem.

This experience really isn’t anything special or exciting compared to other stories on here, but I wanted to share it here cause I feel like you guys would understand.
So, yesterday morning, as I was waking up in bed. I heard a loud meowing right next to my bed. I was startled at first cause me & my mom don’t have a cat in the house. It definitely sounded like it was in the room with me & not outside. If it was outside, it wouldn’t have been as loud, it would have been more faint. Plus, it’s cold as hell outside. If a cat was outside & it wanted to get in, it would have sounded more whiny & in a panicked state.
It sounded like a cat meowing to say hi to its owner. I really want to stress I was fully awake when this happened & I wasn’t in that blurry state between being half awake/half asleep. I also don’t have any history of audio or visual hallucinations ever.
I truly feel this was my cat, Beauty, coming back to visit. She’s been dead for the past 3 years after passing away from kidney failure & anemia. I have her ashes & a print of her paw on my desk in my room. I’m quite shocked she came back because to be honest I could have treated her better during our time together, but at the same time I cried like a baby at the vet’s office when I had to put her down. I’m even tearing up as I type this.
Beauty if that was you, I’ll always love you & you’ll always be in my heart.

Hi all, so me and this "ex" I had a situationship with last year still text quite a lot here and there. We made a lot of plans to hang out still but the conversation died and I was wondering what was going on and if she was still interested, so I asked, and she said she was, but it all got a bit intense and I pushed the idea too much.
I recognized this, made my apology and told her where it came from. She is not the ignoring type, so I expected us to talk about this maturely and find a good way to go on (as we had with other problems in the last year). However, and opened it and hasn't texted anything.
I have an extremely urge to ask her whats up, or if she is okay or if she understands, but I don't want to push in any way again. I know I shouldn't even bother texting at all, so how do I overcome this struggle and how do you guys deal with these urges? Any advice is welcome :)
