Changing job for a pay raise?
I have been at my current job for around 8 months, I mentioned a pay raise at 6 months mark and I didn’t get it I managed to get an offer which is 12k more than my current pay and was going to tell me manager during annual leave about the offer however before I could, she informed me my pay would be raising by 5k and I had to rethink what I wanted to do. The new job is now 7k more than my current pay
However new job offers 20 days PTO vs 25 days at my current role I also contacted someone at the new place on LinkedIn and they didn’t have the best things to say about new place My current job offers share options and none at the new one The new job is more remote than my current one (I am mostly remote but have to go in for work events and client meetings)
Current job bonus is 20% however will be 10% this year as I have only been there 8 months New job bonus is 6.5%
I am really conflicted on what to do and looking for some advice. I do like the place I work at despite some challenges of working for a startup/scale up
Any advice?

Yesterday I posted asking for help on my anxiety and depression. TLDR: my referral from polyclinic to IMH would’ve taken 2-3 months, and I don’t think I was able to wait that long.
I have received numerous messages of encouragement, and I really appreciate every single message. You have no idea how much it means to me. I also have received messages asking on the entire process of going to IMH Emergency so this is my experience.
I went after my job interview and reached at 4pm. I was told to wait outside the Emergency as there’s quite a few people waiting in line. I was called in to register after about 45 minutes, and then I was told to wait for a doctor to call my name. Waiting time for that was around 1.5 - 2 hours.
The doctor I got was really patient and assuring. The whole consultation lasted about an hour. She explained to me what different medication would help with, the side effects, and which would suit me best. For the whole hour I felt comfortable to share my worries and troubles that caused my anxiety and depression.
After the consultation I was told to wait again. I waited for another 30 mins before the counter called me to let me know when my next appointment would be, and from the next appointment is where I could schedule more therapy sessions if needed. I waited another 20 mins for the pharmacy to hand me my medications. I received fluvoxamine for my sleep and anxiety which could take 2-4 weeks to start taking effect. In the meantime I am to also take hydroxyzine while waiting for the fluvoxamine to take effect.
The counter staff told me that the bill will be sent to my address and I could pay through the health buddy app, so I am not too sure how much it costs.
Total waiting time was around 4.5 hours, but that was more bearable than having to wait 2-3 months for an appointment with IMH.

I make soy wax and I'm just doing a little bit more research, what are the best wax warmers to use? I got a cheap one from Walmart it does not throw the scent I got one from Amazon it throws the scent well. I know 25 watt is good 15 watt is not hot enough.. what are your opinions on Yankee candle wax warmers and buff City wax warmers? I use a few from candle warmers and they work well also.

I've bought my first Winmau dart board yesterday and played on it for approx. 3h now and it already looks like this. Is this normal for a dartboard? I thought the holes are supposed to close up at least a little bit after taking the dart out but they just seem to stay.
