okay please explain this to me like I'm 8. I just started using linux a couple days ago and I've successfully installed a couple of apps using the terminal. I don't actually understand what I'm doing, I just keeping searching online for step by step instructions for what to type in the terminal for each program I'm looking to install.
Before switching to linux, I really enjoyed using the Dopamine app as my music player, so I'm trying to get that back. I found this website ( https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/dopamine-bin) but have no idea what exactly to make of this info. I have ubuntu. After searching my question a variety of different ways to find the answer, I've tried a couple commands, but none have worked so far. my most recent attempt was " sudo apt install git https://aur.archlinux.org/dopamine-bin.git " but the response was "Error: Unable to locate package https://aur.archlinux.org"
Can someone walk me thru step by step on how to install this specific program on my laptop? I apologize if this has been explained before -- I really tried to search this myself to find the solution but I keep just ending up more confused.

I don’t have much experience with hero shooters, so I need it explained like I’m 5.
Basically, how can one be stuck solely based on their performance if there are teams you’re on that stomp (rare) and teams you’re on that get stomped (very common)?
Say, if I lose 10 matches in a row and only win 2 but my performance was consistent, I won’t leave my current rank. Even if I was an MVP in those 2 and SVP in the other 10. So, how is it my fault I’m stuck?
Is it some math I’m not understanding? Some hidden system I’m not getting?
I’d totally understand it if we got points based on our performance no matter if the team won or lost. But we always lose points when the team loses (always as in, you cannot gain points in a losing situation, I’m aware of the shields) and always win points when the team wins.
Once again, even if I only lose, say, 9-20 in my 10 lost matches and win 40-50 in my 2 won matches, I’m still at the loss.
I saw people say that if you’re consistently an SVP/MVP and play well, it’s impossible not to climb because you win more than you lose and also you can carry, but I just can’t comprehend how can one fully carry 5 others players and how can I alone influence all the random teams I join (solo q) to not go on a losing streak.
