2025.01.22 15:40 IKTION Poco x6 pro failing.
Lately my poco x6 pro has been failing, I don't know what is causing it, the phone hasn't been used for a year and I have taken good care of it and right now everything froze and I had to restart it and there was an Android screen that was left loading and from there nothing else happened, I had to press the home button again to get it to work again and on some other occasions it has frozen. Does anyone have a solution or recommend formatting it?

I am on 1600 dpi and 0.15 in game sens and I find it way better for hitting shots and my hs% has gone up consistently over time. I want to keep lowering it maybe to around 12-13 in game but I find it harder to do things in general. Turning around quickly, trying to use util, close encounters, under flicking and struggling to track sometimes. Its been one of those get used to it as I go type of deals, has anyone else faced that?  | Bought this 2001 Subaru last summer, used, in Texas (but don't know the history of where it's been before me). I love it, feels like a solid car, finally took it to a mechanic and one of them said it shouldn't be driven, that the rust could collapse it at any moment, while the other guy in the shop said he'd just keep driving it til something happens. I've been erring on the side of caution - I have a kid and don't want to risk anything happening especially while he's in the car - but I'm so sad to hear that I basically bought a junker, especially since I really enjoy driving it. Hey Reddit,
I’m a junior and feeling really stressed and confused about what major I should finish with. I’m pretty good at building things and have always enjoyed the “engineering” side of stuff, but math isn’t my strong suit at all—especially the higher-level calculus courses.
Here’s a little backstory: I transferred to the University of Tennessee after my freshman year at a small school where I played a sport. Unfortunately, when I transferred, a lot of my classes didn’t carry over, and I ended up a bit behind because of it. Now, I’m seeing many of my friends graduate (or preparing to graduate soon), and it’s making me feel like I need to figure this out quickly. I really don’t want to be that 6th- or 7th-year student—unless I absolutely have to be.
I’ve always considered myself very smart (even if I’m not the best “test taker”), but I’m honestly just confused about what I want to do and what degree I should finish with. Right now, I’m torn between two paths:
- Construction Science Management (CSM): This seems like a good fit for my hands-on skills and interest in building. It wouldn’t take as long to finish as a business degree, which is definitely appealing since I’m already behind. However, I’m not sure how strong the job market is for CSM or how much it limits me compared to other degrees.
- A degree from the Haslam School of Business: I feel like this could open up more doors and give me better job prospects outside of school. It feels like the “safer” option, but it would take longer to finish. I’m also not sure if it aligns as well with my skills and interests as CSM does.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Any advice on deciding between these two paths? What’s the job market like for CSM versus a business degree? I’m trying to balance finding something I enjoy, setting myself up for a good future, and not falling too far behind.

Yesterday my boyfriends brother (33m) was staying the night at our apartment and we wanted to know more about his new girlfriend, and my boyfriend (35m) goes I want to see pictures after his brother mentioned she was a model. Don't get me wrong she's beautiful but after his brother showed him a model picture my boyfriend said "damn", and it just made me feel very insecure and ugly. And he asked me if I was ok later on in the night cause I was quiet and I had a look on my face. but it really bothered me because he's never said that about me.

The paralegal position is in California for personal injury. And I have an interview coming up with them. I do not live in California, however the salary that they’re offering is good, but I think it could be a little better given that I live in a HCOL area. And it’s also not much more than I’m making now. If i rattle off the salary stats for my area, do you think that would be a good idea? Would they go for it, or should I just accept the salary they’re offering? This is all to say they even offer me the position and if it is something I could entertain them with.
