I was super lucky to witness this interesting encounter between those two types of Spiders in my garden. They stared at each other for a couple of mins but doing nothing. More interestingly, they shared the same webs with one another!!!
If you zoom all the way in, you’ll find some tiny water droplets on the silk strand. That was because of the rain last night.
In the end they decided to flee the scene but I’d already captured this wonderful moment of my Macro Photography’s lifetime.

2025.01.22 15:45 haylz328 First time melatonin user. What to expect?
I’m in the UK and found the piping rock loophole to getting some melatonin in. I’ve ordered 3mg and was planning on halving it for the first time. I’m on mirtazapine and do take promethazine, but only a small amount to support with sleep as I’m a chronic insomniac.
I’m hoping to not take the promethazine anymore so was hoping to substitute with melatonin. I’m really hoping it works but don’t want to set my hopes too high. I need beta blockers for day time panic and my heart rate is always through the roof but I can’t take them because they deplete melatonin production so I’m hoping it gets me out of that hole as I just cannot sleep if I take them.
Is 1.5mg ok for the first time? And does it work on most people?

i’m having these horrible, chaotic, vivid dreams every single night and i can’t effing take it anymore. it’s like all my fears and past experiences jumbled together to create these horrible nightmares that i feel so self aware in. then i wake up and and am in disbelief over what i’ve just experienced. I can’t even catch a break when i’m asleep. because these dreams really shape the first half of my day and i can’t get them out of my head. these nightmares are horrible and it’s really taking a toll on me! what could this possibly be?? i’ve been going through this for so long now they’re just getting worse.
