Turning 17 next week, really need a job. I have limited but some work experience, particularly in warehouse and stock. Open to pretty much anything (except Grill'd). Can work 1 or 2 weekdays from 4PM onwards, and all day Saturday. Anyone know of anything in the Fremantle area? I've already applied for a couple of supermarkets, and a cafe and I'm waiting to hear back. But I'm just thinking more options the better. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m just about finished completing my first master set and curious what thoughts are on including promo cards from that set release or not? Do you only include promos listed in the book? What about energy cards? Do you only include energy cards if they change with that set? The master set I am working on is Stellar Crown. I included all promos listed in the players guide along with the promos I got from Best Buy and GameStop.

2025.01.22 15:50 tx4468 Battery Problem
My 2019 Sv battery may be going out, went from 54% to 10% at 60 mph and when I decelerated it started to.climb back up. I did record the battery coming back up along with the available power bars fluctuating but I didn't catch the drop to 10% fast enough.
My problem is I'm about to move states in 2 months so I cant leave the leaf in one state waiting for a battery replacement. What are the odds of getting a buyout by calling corporate directly? I can't wait 7 months for them to fix the cells or replace the battery since my employer is going to pay to ship the car and what would I do with the loaner from my home state being 800 miles away?

Here’s the situation: I’m a 32 years old guy and only four months into my new job. I’ve already proven my dedication, I consistently meet expectations and often exceed them, earning praise from my direct boss, Debbie. Part of my role involves supervising children, but this responsibility is meant to be done on a rotational basis. My designated day is Sunday, from 4 to 7 PM, which follows a full workday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. By that point, I’m already drained.
Last week, I supervised on Sunday as usual. Then on Thursday, a colleague (let’s call her Marjorie) called in sick, and because I’m the newest and youngest in the team, I was pressured into covering for her. I agreed. On Saturday, I was asked to supervise again for student activities from 10 AM to 2 PM. Then on Monday, Debbie asked me to stay late yet again to cover for her. Despite being exhausted, I said yes. By now, I had covered Sunday, Thursday, Saturday, and Monday.
On Tuesday, I was asked to stay late again due to exceptional circumstances, and today, which is Wednesday, I’m covering for another colleague, Sophie, until 7 PM. Now, I have a strong feeling that Marjorie will call in sick again tomorrow because she’s been dealing with a severe cough lately, and I’m inclined to believe she won’t show up. However, I’ve decided that I’m not going to agree to cover for her this time.
I want to make it clear that I have no issue covering for Debbie. She has been very sick recently, having been diagnosed with benign tumors, and I respect the challenges she’s facing. I’m more than willing to step up and assist her whenever needed. However, when it comes to others, I feel it’s become an unfair expectation to rely on me every single time.
It’s important to me that I don’t create any trouble or give the impression that I’m not dedicated or a team player, I truly care about my work and my colleagues. But I also believe there’s a limit. While Debbie has encouraged me to “soldier on” and prove myself, the workload is becoming overwhelming, and I don’t think it’s fair to expect me to keep stepping in for others. I understand the return to school is a busy season, but I’ve already gone above and beyond.
So, AITAH for standing my ground and refusing to cover for anyone else tomorrow?

Hi, I'm 22(M) and I met someone online. we haven't really talked much and the moment i saw her photo, i felt really attracted to her. we played games online but we never really talked much. I mostly wait for her to go online, she mostly plays at midnight and well, I kinda wait for her. and one time she got frustrated because we lost the game. so she ended up playing with her friends, and it kinda broke me idk.
anyway, I've been in a 5 year relationship and it's been 6-9 months ive been single. and i find her really attractive, and one time I confessed to her out of nowhere. well, it didn't really went well and she ghosted me a bit. and a couple of weeks later she messaged me at midnight saying she likes me and I'm the best. I didn't respond at first because i thought she was joking and making fun of me. and after the day she messaged and saying im joking, I think she said that because i didn't respond.
I told her that i really like her and im not joking about it. she replied back, saying. I like you too but i have a boyfriend. it kinda broke me and I told her that im sorry for not knowing and I am happy as long as she is happy. i said my goodlucks and she only said 'thanks❤️'. up until now, im all over social media posting stories to make her notice me, and she always reacts to it.
I keep on thinking about her even thou I dont know what her middle and last name is. to be honest I dont know much about her and I just hate that she runs through my mind day in and night out. I tried my best to distract myself a lot but I keep going back to the patterns. and i deactivated my social media earlier so that i wont stalk her. that's why im posting this now, because i really want to tell her how much i like and kept on thinking about her.
I just dont know what to do :(
