I have a coworker who owns a 2006 CBR600 I’ve searched around for values and have an idea of a ballpark. However the bikes been sitting for over 7 years from photos it seems to be in good garage kept condition but I’m unsure of the running condition. It’s for sure going to need all the fluids changed. This bikes out of state and I would need to fly there to inspect it. He will be selling it this year probably and was wondering. What would you pay given the circumstances and unknown condition.. The estimated mileage is 10k+ but unknown. I live in Texas and it’s in Michigan. Assuming it runs with a clean title. This would be my second bike so I’d be to working on it to get it back on the road.

The dreaming beaming intergalactic city swelled with light and beam ray infrared dics shot out of every sky cloud drone. The atmosphere was warm, a ghost inside us all that beckoned to be squeezed into our work. The great deboraka ruled over all hot skies, and so the people did continue their light-based machinery. Sprues and gears cockling against the wall in a journey of ruckracket discord, baubles and bangles to behold throughout the ship.
A pearly essence bathed the masses from an eerie and otherworldly divinity. The energy pulsing from the great and generous beings was strong enough to unite all heavens into their warmth place. And soon, the sky cities grew accustomed to this new environment. There was love and prosperity for all, the aliens had done it again. This time, they were able to save a planet from its own demise. This time, they were successful in warning the people.
Unfortunately for us, we have yet to take these things seriously. They are mere avatars for higher beings, not in fact any life forms that exist organically. Their essence, a presence that is almost an illusion, does hover greatly in places that have accepted their influence readily. The influence of these engineere is not limitless as we like to believe, and the very notion is enough to make us question the credibility of this great being. I, too, was then aware of something. I was not a part of this game for the fish at the end. Instead, I was in on the game so I could give it my best shot or nothing at all. It was a heavenly golden opportunity that I could remember again from my early 20s. I was given a new chance. A new life.
I woke up as an older man, as if my whole life had just been a dream all along. This is where things get tricky, you feel like you know everything but you really actually don’t. The unknown is terrifying, but shit it doesn't have to be! You could always just eat a block of cheese if you're scared, hell you should go ahead and just do it! Cheese is good for counteracting the negative effects of cosmic horrors such as waking up to find out your whole life is a subconscious lie.
It's a maddening and insane spiral to go down, at what point is the block of cheese ever real? What if you wake up from this one, and you are actually not an older man, but a turtle from the sea? Now there's your real kicker, what have we learned? We’ve learned that turtles are old.
Turtles are old. Yes even the baby ones. I hate turtles, they are so ugly!! Look at their necks, they are so wrinkly uuuuhhh!!! Don't tell me you actually think turtles are cute, they are like slimey beaks inside of gross green coconuts. Do not even bother, they stink bad.
Now for our next step I’m gonna have to break away from the news media, and focus our attention on real worldly material possessions like dirt. Dirt is a mineral that behaves in a dirtlike way, it gives burrow to the earthworms and it is very good food for the plants.
But dirt is not all it's cracked up to be. Because at the end of the day, it doesn't last forever. Ten years after you touch it, it vanishes completely. Not from existence, but from your dimension.
That's because it gets sent to THE HOT SKIES WHERE THE GODLY ALIENS LIVE!!! :))))
Yeha, that's right! I did a callback to the beginning of my story! In case you think I forgot!

I purchased a beta I fell in love with at the store. I thought I did enough research, and I asked a lot of questions at the store, but I’m seeing here I am way in over my head! His tank is not big enough, it’s only 1 gallon. It does not have a filter. The store told me this was a great tank for him. I’m reading here he needs at least 5 gallons and a filter. I change his water once a week, but it’s not enough. I’m learning about ammonia etc (total newbie here!). Also, his plants are plastic, I didn’t even think about how that could cut his little fins :(
I’m in Canada and rural. Any suggestions on where to buy an affordable tank online? Also, any specific tank recommendations are appreciated! Like brand etc. I’m starting there and will stay on this sub and keep upgrading his environment so he’s happy and healthy.
I think he’s getting to know me. I feel slightly crazy, but I talk to him. Other fish owners do this, right???
Lastly, has anyone ever told you your fish was ugly? I have been asked why I picked him, and that’s he’s ugly :( He’s beautiful. Unique looking, maybe the reason they find him ugly is what attracted me to him.
I’m slightly shocked how attached I’m getting to this little guy, I want him to know he’s loved. Thanks!

But this doesn't make sense BC the house doesn't care where is your physical body: obviously the police taked away Tate's corpse, same as with the nurses, I don't think they were like "yeah I'll just leave this here"
and you can say, well maybe they were buried there (that with Tate would make sense bc he's constance son, but I don't think the family of the nurses buried them there) but so does violet, she also has access to her body, so why couldn't she go away?
And even then, you can say that maybe there's a rule that someone has to give it to them, but the ghost couldn't convince someone to give them their body if they wanted? Like, convince Adelaide or something?
as Hayden says, the house it's not exactly a pretty place, so I don't think it's because they don't want out.
and even then, wouldn't Tate give violet her body if he didn't want her there?
For Adelaide we know that you HAVE to die in the property to stay, so I don't think that the corpse is really something that the house cares about.
So, why does matter if Moira get her bones or not? the place where the body is or the interaction a ghost could have with it never mattered, so why does Moira get the "I have my body now, I can go"?

I’m at a crossroads with my career and could really use some guidance to figure out my next steps.
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance last year and landed a job as a bank relationship manager. My role mainly involves handling loans, customer success, and sales. While it’s been a good experience, retail banking isn’t where I see myself long-term. The pay and commissions are low, and I want to find a career path that offers more growth potential.
On a personal note, I have a baby on the way and want to use this time to make a positive career change. I currently have about two days a week to dedicate to learning something new or earning certifications and hope to fully transition to a new role during my three months of parental leave late this summer.

Context: Nababaliw na 'ko sa nangyayari sa akin sa totoo lang.
Ang hirap pala kapag bigla mong nalaman na "kabit" ka. Not necessarily sabi ng nanay ko kasi hindi naman sila married. Still.
Mas mahirap kapag hindi mo mahanap 'yung babae, hindi mo man lang masabihan sa kung anong nangyari. Wala siyang kaalam-alam.
