I have a question. Why is the force test 20m rushes is 51 secs? And the FST is 46? I go to the gym 4-5x a week and work on my cardio and muscle strength. And I still can’t do it. I really don’t want to go on TRP platoon. I do well on the 15 min speed walk and the sand bag drag. I try and try and try and I can’t get under 46 seconds for the 20m rush for the life of me. It’s discouraging knowing I might end up in TRP anyway no matter how hard I exercise.

Buonasera a tutti, provo a chiedere consiglio su questa comunità su problema spinoso... alto 170 cm x63 kg, mi alleno da anni ma resto sempre lo stesso. Per 3 anni mi ha seguito un trainer a distanza, poi ho cambiato palestra e quando mi hanno rifatto la scheda abbiamo lavorato molto sui dettagli della tecnica. Nonostante ciò nei 3 anni, per quanto magari non lavorassi magari al 100% il muscoloso target, nonostante un alimentazione ben strutturata ( o almeno credo) non ho avuto variazioni sostanziali del fisico, tra le foto del 2021 e quelle di ora vedo pochissime differenze, mentre amici in 6 mesi hanno radicalmente cambiato fisico... consigli?

hello, i had my steroid injection about three weeks ago. i had a handful of pain free days and the achiness is gone but i still get some sharp pain where my tear showed up in the mri. i've been doing physio for about two years with some relief but obviously still having issues. will more physio help in avoiding surgery or would in be likely that i need it. my appointment with my surgeon is in two months. eventually i would like to be able to return to sport and ultra marathon running.

 | I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T495s with the AMD 3500U and I could use the Dynamic Display Rate option while being on the 23H2 version of Windows 11 but now after the update to the 24H2 version it shows as "not supported". The VRR (variable refresh rate) still works with the latest AMD Adrenaline drivers installed. I have a very large fibroid last measured as 14cm (gynacologist said ‘it’s giant’) and it’s caused my abdomen to become distended and hard, more so on the right. I am having a hysterectomy due to compression symptoms and as it is growing. I have intermittent pain over my right kidney (I had two kidney infections over 20 years ago and it’s not the same as this but in that area) and had another ultra sound to check them. I get shooting pains down right thigh and groin pain, all of which had become familiar. If I walk any distance or bend my bladder gives up but I have incontinence pads to manage this. Pelvic floor exercises were not enough, I was told I was overdoing these by the last physio and apparentently overdoing causes the same problems as underdoing…
I don’t know if it is a case of one symptom too many but I have been waking in the night a lot with numb feet /legs or pins and needles. In the day my legs feel weak/like jelly if I sit down for too long. I think I roll onto my back and the weight of the fibroid must be pressing on a nerve or vessel but this is a self diagnosis and I am not sure it there would be other causes for numb/weak legs? A physio ruled out siatica and told me to go to A and E if I developed symptoms of caudia equina.
I have had to start taking time of work due to fatigue.I did have low iron stores but they are fine now due to supplements. It took a long time to get the diagnosis and treatment plan, and it’s going to likely be several more months of waiting for surgery and I now feel exhausted so the whole arriving at this point of time has also likely contributed. Anyway other than a pillow positioned to stop me rolling on my back any other ideas (not sleeping pills) on how to manage sleep deprivation/fatigue/numb legs etc as this more recent development is a real struggle..

I have bad symptoms and terrible tinnitus which gets really bad I nearly can't hear at times all mainly right side. Recently it's been getting worse and I'm getting facial pain and pressure behind my eye, ear, temple and right side of head and face. I'm struggling to get any help from my GP or ent doctor. The only thing that I found that looks odd on my CT scan was this image. I'm not sure who to contact or see or what to do next to get some help with this and I'm desperate because the pain is becoming unbearable so any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm the UK for reference
