The tracks have stylistic and lyrical tributes to many Gen X rappers, the most obvious being Tupac, NAS, Big, and DMX. We get samples of songs that many Gen X'ers listened to in their homes growing up. Even the beat selection itself is very reminiscent of the 90's hip hop scene... Shit and that's all I wrote... I was gonna call it "Another Conceptual Album" but this ain't really a breakdown... Hello,
I’ve been working as a mechanical design engineer in a large organization for about a year now. Overall, I’m satisfied: there’s a good atmosphere, a good manager, I enjoy my tasks, and I’m learning a lot.
However, I’d like to transition into mechanical analysis within the next three years while staying with the same company. To achieve this, I’d need to switch departments.
My annual review is coming up, and I’m wondering if it’s the right time to bring up my mobility project or if I should wait until about a year before I’d like to transfer. I’m also a bit apprehensive about the idea of "starting from scratch" or, at least, stepping back, as not all my current skills would be directly transferable to an analysis role.
If it is the right time, how should I frame my request?

Ben İstanbul'da lüks bir restaurantta Aralık ayına kadar yaklaşık 7 aylık bir süreç boyunca çalıştım ve aralığın 10u geldiği zaman istifamı vereceğimi sözlü bir şekilde müdürlere ilettim onlarda bana rica minnet ay sonuna kadar bizi idare eder misin diye sordular, bende insanlık hâli kabul ettim. Peşi sıra kendimi ay sonuna kadar çalışacağım şekilde ayarladım ve yazılı herhangi bi istifa vermeden işe devam ettim.
Ayın 17si olduğu zaman patrona altlıksız bardak (kulplu bardak) gönderdiğim sebebiyle beni mesai saatim bittiği zaman yanlarına çağırdılar ve "biz yollarımızı şimdiden ayıralım istifa yazar mısın?" Dediler. Bende çok problem etmeden yazdım çünkü kafamda büyük restoran herhangi bir şekilde madur etmezler diye düşünmüştüm. Ertesi gün işyerine gittim ve beni çalış demelerine rağmen erkenden işten çıkarttıklarını kendimi ona göre ayarladığımı madur olduğumu ve ihbar tazminatımı istediğimi sebebiniyse istifayı onların isteği üzerine yazdığımı söyledim, onlarda hâliyle ihbar tazminatı yok istifayı sen kendin yazdın umrumuzda değil dediler. Şans eseri dükkana genel müdür geldi ve onunla konuştum bana "ayın onunda zaten sözlü olarak iletmişsin 1 hafta yani 17sine kadar çalışma yani normal maaş geriye kalan 1 haftalık ücreti de ihbar tazminatı olarak verelim o şekilde ara yolu bulalım" dedi bende hiç alamicama bu şekilde daha iyidir dedim kabul ettim
Maaş zamanı geldiği zaman benim hesabıma 2800 küsür TL maaş yatırmışlar :) bunun sebebini sormak için müdürlere yazdığım zaman mesajlarıma bakmadılar aramalarını açmadılar. En son bir tanesi geri dönüş sağladı ve benim 16 günlük maaş aldığımı yaklaşık 17000 küsür TL avans çektiğimi o sebepten maaşımın bu miktarda yattığını söyledi. Bende cevap olarak en son avansımın Ekim ayında ve onunda 5000 TL olduğunu ilettim. Bunun üzerine o da fazla yatan maaşları avans olarak gösterdik dedi. Evet maaşlar fazla yatabiliyordu yanlış yatıyordu ancak 17000 civarı herhangi bir fazlalık yok, haricinde bana SGK dan gelen mesaja göre sigorta çıkışım 25 Aralık olarak girilmiş
Bu olaylar üzerine genel müdürü yeniden aradım ve durumlardan bahsettim en başta bana ihbar tazminatını veririz problem yok diyen adam "sen kendin istifa etmedin mi ne ihbarı ne tazminatı saçmalama ve bu saçma sebepler için beni tekrar arama, git ne problemin varsa müdürlerinle çöz" dedi telefonu suratıma kapattı.

My mother-in-law has a fracture in her T12 that has been causing her pain for some time. They did the MRI about two weeks ago and said she should be in a back brace and, if issues persisted, she could be a candidate for a vertebroplasty procedure.
She's wondering if a neurosurgeon might be best-suited for this type of procedure.
