So, I live in Serbia, and there's no phone number option. I used a VPN to change my location and remove my old phone number to add my new one. When I went to add it back, there was no option for +381 (the Serbian phone number thing at the start of the phone number). I lost access to voice chat and phone number verification. Any help?

Sharing my experience. No idea if this information is useful or means anything.
After 3 years on fin and topical min, I added oral min to my routine because I don’t think topical min has ever made a difference for me. I’m 6 months in on oral min, and I noticed my body hair was getting thicker and longer. Figured min was working, didn’t notice anything in my head hair though.
Anyways, my right thumb has 2 hairs, and this has been the case for my whole life. After taking oral min I noticed these 2 hairs growing thicker and longer. After a couple months I grew a 3rd hair. It was thin but grew as long as my other 2. In the beginning of January the 3rd hair fell out, and my other 2 hairs have shrunk in width(thickness). The 3rd hair then grew back a little before falling out again (all in January).
Also, in the last 3 or so months I’ve added dut into my routine. Taking it with fin. And this month I’m switching to dut daily, dropping fin. I am upping my routine because I’ve never stopped losing hair, with little to no regrowth. Maybe I’ve just slowed down my hairloss and without the meds I’d be bald by now.
Just sharing this because I’m sure it says something about min affecting the hair cycle and that it’s a similar shed that we have on our head. So if you’re experiencing a shed it could just be your hair cycle doing its thing and maybe it’ll all grow back. I’ll follow up if my thumb hairs grow back to being luscious lol.

Hi, I'm an undergraduate Mech Eng student in my junior year and I wanna start working on my research proposal for grad school.
I wanna ask how did you guys get into your subfield? What I mean is I want to get into Biomed Engineering or Precision engineering both of which are adjacent to Mechanical but not under. Most of the specific topics in biomed and precision aren't included in our curriculum. So I'm wondering how can I gain the necessary background knowledge to create a proposal. I've been told that textbooks are too dense so I should opt for reviews then proceed to reading papers. What are your takes?
