This is a throwaway account. 62 years of age. WFPB vegan since 2012. Female …obviously post menopause. I am severely anaemic. I have just had my 3rd iron infusion . I suffer from joint pains and joint flares of redness and swelling but test negative for everything except inflammation. A medical professional suggested I may be unable to convert plant iron to heme iron in my own body, and I might have to eat heme iron. I get so tired, and I no longer work. I tell people I have retired early but I couldn’t work anyway. I find it hard to get through the day, and there is so much cooking to do as well. I have read so much, been on all the forums, done a plant based trainer course. And of course at first it worked beautifully. I have never eaten vegan junk food, or fake meat. I like to cook, ( or used to, I get so tired by evenings nowadays) and am of an age when I learnt to cook as a child. I have been almost zero added oil or fat. I am a normal BMI…about 23.5, neither fat nor thin.
Has anyway else had this…anaemia, horrendous joint pains…..will going omnivore help. What have you done? How did it go? How did you broach this to your family?

2025.01.22 19:23 kiranthelastsummoner My Persona trinity soul rewrite concept (Persona Trinity Soul Rebirth).
Trinity soul has a lot wrong with it, but it has some nice concepts as well, concepts that make you go, “you know what? If written properly this is a damn good idea.”
Now as for the rewrite, here are my ideas. (Yes, this will be a fanfic)
Firstly, instead of it being 10 years after P3, it’s 10 years after P5S. That way we don’t have to worry about the adults not being able to use Persona’s without meds in for either P4 or P5T/P5S because I’m adding a story reason for why Personas are going berserk.
S.E.E.S as a whole will play a much bigger role, but not too big as to steal the spotlight from Shin and his friends. They will of course act as mentors, and explain their side of the story as to what happened 10 years ago.
However, Mitsuru in particular is going to have the biggest arc out of all of S.E.E.S in this rewrite. It has to do with the Ayane (you can probably guess what I’m going to do with those two)
As for Shin and friends, I actually like how they only have just enough for a full part, as it gives them way more opportunities to explore their stories.
Shin will be a Wild Card this time around though. As for a velvet room and attendant, I’m thinking a boat and the attendants name will be Elsa (As in Elsa Frankenstein, the daughter of Frankenstein). As for what she would look like, I’ll change it up a bit and make her look like Shin’s age, not older like 3, 4, and 5X, and not younger like 5.
Not too sure about the Arcana’s for the characters (except for Shin who is obviously the fool), so if you have any ideas (the 100 people who actually watched trinity soul, lol) then feel free to let me know.
Some other changes include Kanaru being an Anti-Shadow weapon with a specific purpose that will be explained later in the story, and the Phantom Thieves having a part in Takuro’s story and motivations. And of course, social link events with Shin and not just his friends, but S.E.E.S as well.
That’s the concept. If there’s anything that needs to be refined then please let me know, as well as your own ideas for a rewrite.

Hi all,
I've seen folks connect their steam deck to their arcade cab. I'm looking to do the same. I prefer a sit down viewlix type set up but I'm finding those hard to get and I've read some might need some tweaking/modification to get just right. Is there a paired down version of a viewlix that is easy to connect with a steam deck anywhere? Not opposed to doing some minor modding myself but would prefer something that is 90% ready to play out of the box. In terms of mame and setting that up I've done that several times on PC and currently on my steam deck so that's not a huge issue atm.

I'm looking for the best way to sort for the movies/series that have Hungarian dub.
I can randomly open torrents/movies and some of them have the multidub tag and sometimes it has hungarian dub, but I'm trying to find a proper way to set up some kind of sorting so I only get back results that has hungarian dub. Is there a proper way to do it?
I already set the primary language to hungarian for my addons but no clear solution so far as it mostly finds english only torrents.

E acabou dando muita view e comentários, alguns dos comentários bons, outros horrorosos, mas é esperado vindo da internet. Esse post acabou me levando a uma reflexão, a algumas na real, uma delas foi que eu não consigo controlar as expectativas de outras pessoas sobre mim, sei que isso é óbvio, mas reafirmar isso é algo bom, tipo, minha mãe quando uma menina olha pra mim por 0.75s ela já faz a maior fanfic, falando que a gente deveria se casar, todo mês quando ela fala comigo a primeira pergunta dela é "Já tá namorando?" Ou "Cadê minha nora?(Ou Noro)", tipo eu não controlo isso, nunca vou controlar e é um peso a menos pq, cara, se você se eu não sigo as suas expectativas, as expectativas são SUAS, não tenho a menor intenção de seguir las, até pq se eu fosse seguir as expectativas de todo mundo ao meu redor eu já não seria mais eu.
Outra coisa é que parece que tem muita gente falando "Ah, quando eu tinha 15 eu pensava assim, melhore, você já tá marmanjo já", kkk, mais ou menos assim, brother, só quero dizer, maturidade não é algo tão simples assim, existem diversos tipos e formas de maturidade, tem gente de 40 anos que não tem senso de empatia, daí tem que falar "Imagina se fosse com você", então sla, falar de alguém que nem conhece é estranho, isso me lembrou um amigo meu, que a uns 2 anos atrás achei uma conta dele no TikTok, ele postou lá um desabafo, nele ele dizia que ia morrer sozinho, hoje ele tem um namorado, nunca cheguei a conhecer o namorado dele, mas a real é que ele ainda tá novo, ele é uns 2 anos mais novo que eu, o mesmo não se aplica pra mim kkk.

If the packaging gets much larger it will be ineligible for regular shipping, and it's not particularly fragile - but I want it to arrive and survive. I was considering making a small mdf or luan box/crate vs just reinforcing inside of a conventional cardboard box with a frame. Apparently the cast and crew visit this sub on occasion so if that's true, I just want to say this to them.
You guys have done an amazing job bringing this story into the real world. This was not an easy thing to do. The fans of the game have grown attached to these characters over the years and after some major casting and writing errors recently in other game adaptations that shall remain nameless, we were understandably nervous.
You have all brought the heart of this story to life for us and I for one am so happy with the show. Thank you for doing this story justice. Thank you for all the work that goes into making this show as good as it is.
