Hi Guys,
Since 1.5 years, my job has become very detrimental for my mental health due to pressure, lack of support and toxicity. I am also not the most agreeable person around, so the love is pretty much over on both sides.
Currently I don’t have anything lined up, but since i live in Europe i can call in sick long term, giving me the time and peace i need without putting finances at risk.
It goes against my own values to call in sick because i feel like i should be stronger than that, however work really does impact my daily life as I am tired, unhappy and frustrated.
I get shouted at least few times a week due to some operational issues which are reocurring but i do not have the resources needed to resolve them. This lack of support is frustrating and when i raise concerns about the toxicity, my boss tells me to find a solution myself and if someone shouts at me i need to be strong enough to put it aside and move on.
Can someone please let me know if this is normal? Since it’s already ongoing for 1.5 years i even forgot how a normal job looks and feels like.

A couple days ago I used Nair on my pubic area, legs and stomach/chest something which I’ve done dozens of times. Although this particular time I noticed strange patches and spots of discoloration and scar like marks pop. Nair has always burned a little while it’s on but it never lingered more then that. There was also zero visible chemical burns or redness anywhere on my skin right after, so it just doesn’t make sense to me for it to somehow leave a scar, especially ones that appear to be depressed or raised. Is it actually possible for scarring to happen and for it to form that quickly? When I first ever used Nair I got a legitimate chemical burn but even then it didn’t leave any sort of a mark. This is bothering me a lot because I already have plenty of scars all over my body and I don’t want all this to be permanent.

Hi everyone. I'm hoping to go to Cusco with my family in June. Ideally for Inti Raymi. My family would just like to use a tour guide for everything, but do people have activities or places to go to they'd recommend? Or even better, tour guides they'd recommend?
For some background I currently live in Peru and have a carnet, which I know can get me discounts at places. I also speak Spanish, but my family does not. I spend a lot of time in Huaraz so I don't think I'll have a problem with elevation but my family will I'm thinking. I've reached out to two guides my friends have used, one being almost 500 a person for a week without meals or accommodations.
Would love to hear what people found worth it and not worth it!

Hiya, I'm thinking about going onto the patch (pills are not an option), but I'm about 9 months post op a breast reduction, and don't want to entertain any option that runs the risk of regrowth.
I can't find any literature about this, but think I've seen a couple of replies on other threads that it might have done. Can anyone confirm or deny?
Would also be great to lower the soreness and swelling I get from ovulation to menstrual cycle. I have been on anything for years and I'm very done with this symptom honestly.

I work a very boring office job but still have the a bit more responsibilities since I co-manage a small team. I always catch myself thinking about work related tasks at home and even if I try to get my mind off things it really doesn't help. I have an upcoming vacation and I am scared that work will just occupy my mind the whole time? What will happen while I am gone? What if my boss calls me? What if I did a mistake that will be revealed while I am away and I am informed later? I know it sounds stilly but I guess I am a chronic overthinker.
