So im a producer and just started almost 3 months ago. Ive been trying several methods and work flow methods that my agent, the top producer in my city, and my district manager uses. Tried them all. But I feel like I can still find a better way.
Whats the way you work a lead?
I do call first to get them on the phone and verify info. Only then do i start the quote and check all the lines and stuff to make sure i got the best price for them. Then i call them back. And i dont send an email because i was told to get them on the phone because its harder for them to say no and better chance to close it.
Now im thinking of just doing quote to leads that come in. Then email then call. And if i dont get an answer dont bother again after calling for a week.
Is there something I can do better to work my leads?

I’m trying to get in good condition post pregnancy. I don’t live in London but go to London twice a week for work.
I’m thinking of getting back to the gym after years of hiatus. Would anyone recommend a very good gym that has gyms in London and Chelmsford? Or would it be better to do a class pass? I’m interested in weights and boxing.
My office is based in Moorgate.

The kids destroyed an outlet. Replacing it, the ground screw has a funny shaped nut on it. Is the second picture right? I can’t bend a loop all the way around it. Does it go straight in, or should it have a little bend to it? Or make a loop all the way around the screw?
I’ve noticed this sub can be kind of mean. I know I need to tighten them really tight.

What has been your experience with this company?
A bit of context: I am an RBT working towards my master's in ABA with the goal of becoming a BCBA. I’ve had trouble getting my fieldwork hours, and the company I’m with will only sign off on my hours if I agree to a two-year contract and participate in an apprenticeship program that could take another two years. To me, this feels like it’s not worth it—if anything were to happen, I'd have to repay them for every fieldwork hour, and the contract essentially ties me to them for two years after my exam (I wouldn’t be able to work for any other company, and I’d need to keep open availability 7 days a week).
I’ve stayed with this company because of the pay and benefits—it’s the best compensation I’ve had as an RBT, otherwise I would have left earlier. Right now, I can only afford to work for a company that offers similar pay. I’ve had a few interviews that offered the same pay, but they are 1099 roles, and I’m not interested in that (I can't believe they still do that)
The company “Perfect Child” (I’m not a fan of the name) is the only one I’ve found that offers a higher pay rate and is a W2 position. I’ve seen some really bad reviews, though, and I’m wondering if anyone here thinks it would be worth it to work there for a year just to finish my hours.

Hello,
I am building a multipurpose home theater / hifi space in our bonus room upstairs.
To solve a more immediate need, I picked up a pair of LS50 Metas on sale for $999 over the holidays. I also picked up an Onkyo TX-NR7100 9.2 AVR.
I will eventually add another LS50 Meta as a center channel, a sub, and at least two more speakers for a 5.1 surround set up, to go with an LS11000 projector and 106” screen.
But, my first love is music. So, very much chose the LS50 Metas as a compact speaker that fits into the space easily, excels at movie dialogue, but more than anything, also sound great for stereo music.
How much do you think this Onkyo receiver is limiting the LS50s when in two channel stereo? And how would I evaluate myself whether the receiver is limiting their potential? I’m new to hifi and am still training my ear.
