soooo okay i work at a laboratory that caters to an hmo. so basically all our patients are the hmo members. thoooo there's this previous manager who's not been with the company for almost 10 years still insists that her parents get special treatment, like her parents are non-hmo members but insist on getting their lab work done at the clinic. see here's the thing... no one from the clinic lab knows her anymore, she hasn't held her managerial position in years, and there's a separate lab for patients who want to avail lab work for paid customers they just dont wanna go there because 'mas malayo ikot eh' like??? am i the asshole for not wanting to cater her parents? isn't it technically against company rules??

I have pretty big ear holes I guess cause every earbud I've ever tried has fallen out (the AirPod design helps a little) but I just got the beats Audio buds + and I love how they look but they fall out after 2 seconds no joke. I don't want to return them but just don't know what to do cause they're unusable for me. Is there and tips or attachments I can get to make them fit better? (I don't like those ear hooks)

The magnitude 8.2 earthquake had a profound impact on the development of Wellington city. Land raised from the harbour – along with additional reclamations – formed much of modern Wellington’s central business district. The earthquake also drained notoriously swampy areas in the Hutt Valley and Wellington, including the future site of the Basin Reserve cricket ground.
Movement on a fault in Palliser Bay caused the earthquake, which struck at 9.11 p.m. and lasted for 50 seconds. It lifted the southern end of the Remutaka Range by a staggering 6 m. About 10 minutes after the main shock, a 4-m-high tsunami entered Wellington Harbour, sending water surging back and forth and flooding Lambton Quay.
Several buildings collapsed, including the two-storey council chambers and adjoining government offices. Most single-storey wooden buildings survived, despite damage caused by falling brick chimneys and shifting foundations.
Despite its strength, the quake killed only a few people – one in Wellington, two in Manawatū and up to six in Wairarapa.

Hi, I am non binary (or gender fluid or something, gendercrisis ongoing, but out as nonbinary for years now) and pan myself and i need some other opinions on this. Sorry, english isnt my first language. I got a cis male friend whom I developing feelings for and I know he feels the same. Now my "problem" is with his sexuality. Im afab and mostly female presenting. Hes pretty respectful about that and i know my gender wouldnt be a problem for him. But he identified as straight until i told him if he was into me he was not straight. He told me he never tought about it that way and was instant comfortable with the term bi. He has also slept with another gender fluid person and even a trans man, no feelings involved, so im not his first encounter with that topic. But I also know he definitely isnt into biologically male bodies. So im not sure if I should continue seeing him, because it kinda feels like he sees me as a woman because of that. I even asked him if he would sleep with me if I was amab and he told me he wasnt sure but it kinda sounded like hed rather not but maybe im overinterpretating things. I know bodies are preferences too and I dont judge him for (not) liking certain things or sexes, but I need imput/ experiences from people who been through something similar. What do you think about that? Is there any label that would fit him better than bi, if hes only into biologically female bodys but doesnt care about gender? Maybe I would feel more comfortable if there was a fitting term instead of "bi but only cis women and people in biologically female bodies". Maybe even someone feels the same way as him? Just give me your thoughts <3
