tl;dr - I’m currently doing 20:4 fasts, eating breakfast and lunch at work, where I share meals with colleagues. They’ve noticed I skip the afternoon snack and made comments when I explained I’m fasting. I want to try 48-hour water fasts but worry about their reactions and peer pressure. How can I handle this?
For context, I’m currently following a 20:4 fasting schedule. This means I eat breakfast and lunch, then fast from 1:30 PM to 9:30 AM.
Both of these meals take place at my workplace (where I work on weekdays), surrounded by my colleagues. We usually share breakfast/morning snacks, lunch, and afternoon snacks together. Eating out or going home to eat is uncommon and not an option for me since I live far from work.
My colleagues have noticed that I’ve only been drinking tea during the afternoon snack and have expressed some concerns. They’ve even made jokes when I explained that I’m fasting.
Here’s my concern: I’d like to start doing rolling water fasts of around 48 hours, but I feel unreasonably worried about how they might react or the peer pressure they might put on me.
How can I handle this situation?

I'm trying to use a HDMI capture device to setup a quick and easy "screencast" type of solution.
The idea is to plug in the HDMI device into the capture card (it's exposed to the OS as a USB Video Camera) and click a single button to get a fullscreen view of the attached video feed.
This is for a room with a large screen + PC already connected and instead of using an additional input on the screen, we want to capture the video feed on the PC. This would allow local viewing of the video feed (laptops generally) as well as using it in VC software through the PC for a "screencast" of sorts.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. UX is of the utmost importance here, and we don't at all mind buying software if needed, with the caveat that we do need to be able to trial the software to make sure it fits our needs first.

When this clip came out back in the late 90s, I remember vividly her skirt used to be red plaid. Then for a long time I didn't watch it and have read about Mandela effect and that now it's plain grey. It was around 2019 and I was shocked that it was grey. Then now I realise it became black. According to Darryl Anka, the time doesn't exist and we instead travel from one dimension to another. Depend on in what vibrations we are, we switch to better or worse ones. So the dimensions we are traveling to are similar to previous ones but slightly different. So I guess I am now in a different dimension than back in 90s and even than in 2019. What do you think? Do you always remember her skirt being plain black?

I’ve tried matching ball speed and break utilizing, and sometimes I get it down right, but not nearly consistent enough

So I interviewed for a couple roles today and was genuinely surprised when they asked me the most simple question in the universe: "What type of IT work do you enjoy doing?"
I genuinely do not have an answer and had to think of a lie in the moment, but like, I fucking hate this work nowadays. I'm exhausted. I'm tired of finding a new job every year or every other year because I'm not in the budget. I'm tired of recruiters who barely speak english calling me to sell me a 6 month contract (they looooooove those) to some MSP that I can't stand for more than 20 seconds. I used to like doing hardware cuz it felt like legos to me, now the second you hand me a screwdriver I wanna drive it through my gd forehead. Users are belligerent and angry, moreso than they've ever been, and companies go through entire departments like toilet paper.
For those of you who reached this point and left IT, assuming you still are ever here, what do you do now? Where did you go and into what field that they didn't just write you off because you don't have...3 years of experience ordering supplies or some shit like that.

Hey fellow Redditors,
I'm still trying to process what I just saw, and I'm hoping someone can offer some advice. Saturday night, my wife’s family and I went to a cricket match, followed by a game of pool at a bar. My wife had a few too many drinks and was quite intoxicated but the time we arrived at the bar.
While we were playing pool, she ran into a coworker (who I haven't met) and introduced us. Later, she went to the dance floor and was having a great time. But when I went to find her, I witnessed something that's left me stunned - as I was walking onto the dance floor she grabbed him and started passionately kissing her coworker, and in return he started groping her up and down.
When she finished, she didn't seem too concerned at first, then she seen me one the dance floor and waved out. But when I walked out to head straight home, she followed me outside, she was frantic, asking me what I saw.
Due to been there with family I held onto my anger and went home with the rest of them and went to sleep on the couch, my wife had left her phone on the bench and and I was going nuts from 1245am till around 2am with the guy messaging and calling, don’t know what the messages said as I ignored it, but I came assume that he was trying to see if she was still in town.
I'm still trying to wrap my head around what happened. Has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you handle it? Should I address this with my wife, or put it down to a drunken kiss. Any advice would be appreciated."

Last night my window stopped going up around halfway up, and it makes sort of a skipping or jumping noise. From what ive seen and read I should just need to replace the tape. Id rather not get the newer assembly right now, just want to replace the tape. Videos are a bit confusing on how to do this process so was wondering if anyone had good resources on this repair. I'm concerned about getting out the assembly, and replacing the rivets on it.

Where will they add the T2 gear?
I mean, in KR as we all know, it drops on regular T2 dungeons, it would be really stupid if they release it the same way considering that they are way too easy. So maybe they will add T2 gear on T3 dungeons? Cuz i cant think another option.
