Good morning friends I know this is a figma forum but I need help with adobe xd and the subreddits for this one are inactive, for a task at my institute they sent me to replicate Rafael Nadal's website https://rafaelnadal.com/ , upon entering you can see 5 sections in which when you hover over the image the image changes and there is movement in the letters, I managed to make the letters move but I don't know how to change the images, how would you do it? I 26f have been single for along time, lately I've been more in peace with my sexuality and feel so excited by the idea of having a gf.. expect that somewhere in my soul i feel like i am distended to be alone..it feels wrong and forced when i imagine myself engaging with someone romantically.. doesn't matter if they're males or females..
Am i aromantic? Traumatized? Not destined for it for real? İ don't know..

2025.01.22 23:14 Boss_Bitch_Werk Boss wants me in-person 8 hours a day to conduct Teams meetings in a cubicle
Just got told that it’s mandatory that I return in-person to the office Tuesday through Thursday and that I MUST be there in person for 9 hours.
Mind you, 95% of my meetings are on Teams and all my work is done on a laptop. Boss gave me three options for my business hours.
A) 8am-4pm B) 9am-5pm C) 10am-6pm
The first option is off the table as I drop my school age kids at school promptly at 8 AM. I also ride public transport to work which takes an hour so the earliest I could really be there is 10AM. Mind you, I have three important meetings that start before 10AM including some at 7AM due to the global nature of work. I rarely have meetings after 2PM.
Guess this means I’m excused from all these morning meetings now as she wants my cheeks in an office seat to work. No more meetings on the go and being flexible to other’s needs. Thanks boss!
I don’t mind coming to the office and getting some face time with people. What I do mind is the inability to allow any sort of flexibility given that I’m not an hourly employee who tracks time. She really wants me to sit in the office for 8 hours and work like I don’t have kids or take meetings on the go on my company issued phone.

Hi! I’m afraid that I may have bed bugs, but I haven’t found any site of them but I have experienced what looks like bug bits on my thighs and I even woke up with 3 bug bites going down my face one time. I’ve had them before so I’m super stressed they could be back. I tore my apartment up and found nothing! Which is good but what could it possibly be? I will say that I did find a carpet beetle in my bathroom. Only one so far.! Could that be the cause? I’ve bought some crossfire just in case I need to treat but I’m wondering if it’s is necessary or should I do it just in case? Just wondering what would everyone else do?

2025.01.22 23:14 Wholawl The state of world of warcraft ( all versions).
I've been getting this feeling lately, every version of the game i play feels off.
-Fresh is being rushed, full of fomo players rushing to min/max and bots running rampant. It doesn't feel the same as 2019 classic but more like crackheads coming to scratch their itch. I know one could ignore the rush and play at their own pace and i do, but the overall vibe of players on the pvp servers feels very goal oriented for the majority of players i've met so far.
-sod , tried to get into it really but it's like dystopian nightmare come to life. Some things are cool , i'll admit. It's just there's TOO MUCH going on, wayyy to much. I might have enjoyed it if it was like say, 20% of the current bloat but at the current rate it's way overbloated for me eventhough i wanted to try the new raids.
- cata/mop, hard pass for me. Class design is cool but the endgame isn't what i like. It's not classic to me and certainly a step down from retail's convenience. Like retail- basically.
- retail, class design is cool and some classes are enjoyable to play. However it has no rpg feel anymore. There's very little social interactions, feels like im playing solo most of the time , like a single player queue simulator.
- the only version which retains it's essence is HC but i've done the 60 grind twice and i'm not interested in the endgame there ( hc's journey ends at 60 imo).
I can't be the only one that thinks of it that way. Is blizzard just too focused on pumping out quantity over quality? Do the remaining players even care anymore?

Hi all, I am a few years out of IM residency now but have been a hospitalist the past few years. I'm starting a new role in primary care in a couple of months and am planning to set aside time to brush up on outpatient medicine topics. I have a great community of physicians and mentors I'll be working with and I know there will be a learning curve while I get my bearings, but for now I thought I'd request guidance on here. My questions are:
- What resources do you think are best/your faves for brushing up on primary care topics?
- What topics do you feel would be most important (maybe some dynamic areas/new guidelines or most common) for me to refresh on? I'm starting with htn/hld/new dm guidelines/chronic disease management etc, obesity medicine, common MSK complaints, anxiety/depression, cancer survivor care
- Are there recordings of any primary care conferences that I can tune into after the fact? Speaking of conferences - any I should plan to attend, if possible?
- Any advice for making this transition?

I recently moved to the UK, and my husband, who graduated last year, has been self-employed as an IT Engineer since October 2023. He started paying taxes from October 2023 to April 2024, earning around £18k during that period. After paying 20% income tax, NI contributions, rent, bills, and making advance payments for the next tax year, we’re left with nothing. We’re struggling to understand how the UK tax system works and how people manage to save.
The contractor covers his petrol and food while he’s at work in another city but expenses like car insurance, car repairs, phone bills, Wi-Fi, and sometimes food are not reimbursed. Are these things we can claim for tax relief? How does tax saving work for self-employed individuals here?
We spoke to his uncle, who’s an accountant, but unfortunately, he wasn’t much help in figuring out how to save anything. We’d appreciate any advice on how to handle this better!

I've been modding Skyrim for probably over a year at this point. I'm been playing off and on and had several playthroughs that have ranged from early to mid levels to up to the 60s for characters I really enjoyed.
I'm wondering if anyone knows of any up-to-date mods I might have missed that might shake up the more monotonous parts of the game or just add new content to play with. I'm not a stickler for Lore or anything so anything short of adding lightsabers feel free to mention. I'll look into or try anything that looks fun. Some examples of mods I do or didn't like:
Apocalypse, Ordinator are probably my favorite mods. I really like the new spells and leveling. It makes me feel like I can be very creative with builds. And I value that a lot.
Hand placed enemies, higher leveled enemies redux, Lawless. Are also some of my favorites. Anything that just raises the variety or quality of the average enemy or dungeon I've really liked.
Immersion Weapons , Armor. And similar mods. I like seeing more variety in the world. I've looked at most of these before but its possible I missed one or two high quality ones. Looting is fun but begins to feel very tedious when everything I find is the same items.
Skyshards or JK's Skyrim are also favorites of mine. Stuff that makes the world more rewarding or just better designed with more in it I like.
Mods I've disliked or just didn't love:
Bruma, Wyrmsrock. Other huge non skyrim locations just don't interest me much. They're usually good quality and I visit them time to time but stuff to improve the quality of the original world and gameplay loop is better for me.
Total overhaul of existing parts of the game. Like Alchemy overhaul. I'm fine with most of the game as is or parts I didn't like I've already found fixes for, like the economy, followers, or precision. All work fine for more. So no major reworks or redesigns please.
I'm probably going to try out community shaders and timing is everything in my next playthrough as well.

I'll keep the description of the situation as short and to-the-point as possible:
Problem:
- Got asked by friend who is willing to pay a bit of money if I could develop an app for them
- For both android/ios
- Features: Basic forum-like functionality, e.g. user-to-user posting and interaction, the ability to log in and have an account and post etc. (any integration with google or apple log in would work for them)
- Important that it looks classy, it is for a kind of "art project" so not some "2005 website" looking thing
- Overall could have pretty barebones features as long as it is robust
- Me: have a few years python coding experience, have good coding intuition but don't know a lot of "industry standard stuff". I have coded graphic games with vector physics, discord bots, etc. Know my way around Git, VSCode, etc.
- Education: Currently have studied a year of mathematics and computer science at university and am following along well
- Time: I will have 1-3 months relatively free that I could dedicate to this as a learning experience and paying job
- Tools: They are willing to fund any AI or similar tools that are required, if the whole app is generated, that's fine for them, as long as it works well
- Money: Will be willing to pay for my time and any tools/costs as mentioned
