My spouse only has one certified copy of his birth certificate from Vietnam. He lost his original birth certificate, and the government agency in Vietnam couldn’t issue any new or certified copy due to the issue with his birth name when his parents filed long ago. If he submitted his only certified copy, he no longer had any proof of his birth certificate. Can he submit the copy of his certified copy of birth certificate for i130 and i485? I’m a US citizen and the person who sponsors him.

Hello Everyone,
I apologize if this has been asked and answered before but I couldn't find it through searching.
I am finishing up grad school at the end of the year, but my Post 9/11 will expire in 2 months. I was informed about the Rudisill Ruling and seem to fit the criteria (active duty 8 years). I reached out to VA and they told me to fill out a 22-1995 and indicate that I was requesting a Rudisill Review specifically.
On the online form, however, I did not see any option to select Rudisill review. Instead I simply put transfer my benefits from Post 9/11 to Montgomery, as this is essentially what will happen.
Since time is of the essence I wanted to make sure what I did was correct, or if I need to redo the application.
Also if anyone has any more information about the program/waiting times etc that would be extremely helpful.

I live in a 1 and a half bath, 3 bedroom house with 2 roommates. My one roommate (24F) takes 2-3 showers DAILY. This greatly limits bathroom time and access to myself and our other roommate. Not to mention the high water bill. I am not sure how to properly address this topic as personal hygiene is just that, personal. However, this individual does not work out, we live in a very cold climate (no sweating), and is a teacher with a LOT of time off work. I (25F) have a full time corporate job, am a full time student pursing my masters, while my other roommate (26M) has 2 jobs he goes to each day. Therefore, said shower roommate, has no strenuous activities taking place during the day that would call for that excessive showering.
I am curious if this is even something worth addressing or if I am really just upset regarding this individual as a whole. Additionally, this same individual will park in the middle of the driveway, blocking both myself and our other roommate, and then fall sleep for 4-6 hours.
How do I politely address and confront this? Please note, this individual is VERY sensitive.

Hi everyone. FTM here, and looking at viable options to place the crib in our nursery that will also make the room look spacious and well organized.
One of that option is about 2feet away from the floor vent. I am able to find a lot of articles on how far the crib should be from the vents, but most of them are talking about ceiling vents.
Anyone has any thoughts about floor vents and crib placement?

Hi everyone, I just recently received my package and have been using the items I got. One of them is the Peptide Lip Tint in Espresso. It’s not showing any color whatsoever, not even a little tint. I shook it and reapplied but it remained the same. Is this normal? From the video I thought there would be a little bit of pigment like a sheen. But there isn’t any pigment. Also is it supposed to smell like anything? It doesn’t smell like espresso. But I don’t remember if this product was supposed to be scented anyways. Should I reach out to customer service (if they have any)? Thanks. 🫶
