I can't get ahold of anyone at Enterprise who will tell me what they will actually provide for the Premium Special reservation. I heard it could be an Audi A3 or a Chevy Impala - obviously very different cars.
Can anyone give insight into what I should expect? Trying to figure out if I should just do a Turo or something else.

I don’t know when they got rid of it, but now there is no temporary ban for leaving a pub game early. I have no idea what rational the devs had for doing it.
I have a friend that’s new to the game and we have to do pubs bc he’s not level 20. He’s starting to turn away from the game ALREADY bc our randos keep dying immediately off drop and instantly dip out of the game. Makes no sense to not penalize them. Another braindead change by the apex devs turning away new players :)

Ever since I was a kid, on Friday nights normally once a month or so, we would eat something more recently dubbed “omelettie”. It’s literally an omelette- of any variety really- on top of or served with spaghetti noodles (with some salt and olive oil on it). The pasta wasn’t in the omelette to be clear, just served alongside it.
We’re Canadian. My mother has no idea where she got the idea. She grew up poor, and struggled when my brothers were kids too- so I kind of assume it’s a “take whatever we have in the fridge, put it in an omelette, serve it with spaghetti to make it more filling” sort of situation- but my British flatmates are HORRIFIED
It’s genuinely a comfort food for me and one of my favourite meals. I make it when I feel ill (such as today) or just don’t have any other idea of what to make. My brothers make it for their kids now too. It’s genuinely, without bias, really tasty. Most of the stuff in an omelette wouldn’t be out of place in a pasta sauce anyways, so ig that’s why it works so well.
I’m just curious if anyone else has heard of this? Or has any ideas on if she picked it up from somewhere- my mom had a lot of Eastern European friends growing up and as a young adult, so idk if maybe something from there? Do recommend trying it either way.

Not sure if there's any options here but thought this would be the sub to ask.
My 14 year old wants to cut contact with their biological father, however, he is ignoring these requests.
Both myself and my child have had therapy to heal and recover from the financial and emotional abuse he put us through, but he still believes he has done nothing wrong. For a bit more context, he was accused of rape twice during our relationship, and I was taken to court for fraud because he forged papers.
In February 2024, he reacted badly to a message my child sent him (said that they weren't being chatty enough) and told child to get back in contact when they were ready to talk properly. Child did not contact father until their birthday, when father put a card through the door with a letter. Father is now contacting child but child wants nothing to do him, has even changed last name (not by deed poll as father won't allow it, just in school and on socials etc)
I have also told him that child does not want to be in contact, but father refuses to accept that and believes the only reason child is pulling away is because I'm poisoning them against him.
Is there anything I can do to help child or to step in here? Father is on birth certificate and has parental responsibility, and he absolutely refuses to give that up.

I am looking to get my initial certificate in Earth Science grades 7-12. I have a Master's in Earth & Environmental Resource Management but according to the DOE I am somehow still deficient in 9 Earth Science credits for my Content Core. I'm looking to take a CLEP exam so I don't have to spend as much on college classes. Looking at them it seems like the closest one to earth science would be the natural sciences CLEP. Anyone have experience using this exam for that reason? I'm worried they won't count it towards the credits. Thank you!!

A while ago I let a technician update my bios because I got a new cpu and since then I can’t access my bios the pc is working fine I just can’t get in the bios
When I tried entering normally the little screen on my motherboard gives me a failure code 02 but the screen stays black Then I tried it through windows but even ther it doesn’t even give me the option to enter bios there
Does anyone ever had that problem or knows anything that could help

Okay, sign my mother up, my father already enroll as the recipient. Both my parent stay at their own apartment, but I am there like every other days. Helping and doing many things. My mother recently got a NOA, didn't care to express it here until now. 22 something hours. What I did wrong, even I give other families member advice and they got way more hours. Sure my mother don't need X cares or X this and X that. But 22 hours.
I seen my relatives also in the same situation, their parents live in with another family member but got care from outside. WTF.

I’m in a group of 5 including me 3 girls calm but this one girl whenever it’s just me and her alone it’s so awkward when it shouldn’t be she doesn’t try speaking to me and if I try speaking small talk she makes things even more awkward she acts like I don’t exist pretty much all the time doesn’t even face me most probably doesn’t like me esp after today when she was saying my other friend should be sit next to her when I was going to sit next to her she was talking about how white shoes are and like I had white ones on too and they were new like my friends but she only was talking to my friend talking about my friends shoes and then my friend noticed my shoes are new white aswell and talks about them but she’s just like completely avoidant of me ig and it makes me dislike the friend group and I can’t put up with this anymore but I’m too shy like super introverted to be able to do anything about it but I hate it sm….. my friend already said I should tell her how I feel but I can do that that’s terrifying I can barley hold casual conversations with people let alone tell them how I feel that’s crazy but idk what to do….

Hey everyone,
I need some advice about my current relationship. My partner and I met while we were both living in England, and we've been together for three years now. In September 2024, I decided to return to my home country, Mexico, to spend some time alone and reflect. Our relationship has been okay overall—we get along great, and things have been smooth between us. However, the real problem lies with his family.
When he first introduced me to them, his mother immediately commented on the age difference, saying, "She is way older than you." On top of that, she sent his brother to "investigate" me, and honestly, this guy is a total psycho. His older brother took things further and told my partner to be cautious because I might be a "prostitute" trying to scam him for money. (For context, I actually earn more than him, but that's beside the point.) This same brother kept calling me a bitch and treating me like a gold digger.
One particular incident really stuck with me: I was at my partner's house having lunch with him and his friend when his brother came in and started calling me a bitch multiple times. I finally decided to stand up for myself, yelled back, and left the house. Hours later, I found out that this psycho called his mother and told her that I had yelled and even pushed him. To this day, his entire family believes his twisted version of the story.
I also visited their home country for the holidays, and during that time, I met all of them. For some context, they are Muslim, and their attitudes towards me were shocking. His sister constantly spied on me and spread gossip, saying that I was a gold digger, loved men's attention, and that I was just using my boyfriend for a passport. She would act sweet to my face but would throw venom behind my back. Meanwhile, his younger sister repeatedly asked questions like, "If my brother needed money, would you give it to him?" and was always setting up little traps to test me. His mom barely spoke to me and when she did, it was distant and cold.
Now that I'm back in my home country, away from all the drama, I can't understand why I put up with their nonsense for so long. My partner never really defended them, but he still maintains regular contact with his family, which bothers me.
I want in-laws that I can have a positive relationship with, and I feel like this situation is unbearable. I love my partner, but his whole family is toxic, and I hate the way they treated me. I just don't know if I can continue like this.
What should I do? Has anyone been in a similar situation?

If an unmarried couple have a child and the mother received badger care or Medicaid to help pay for the hospital bill for the birth will the state go after the father for child support? Father signed birth certificate papers but no paternity papers were yet filed.
