I’m going to be a transfer student in the fall and I’m trying to call the number which says that is open during these hours. I keep calling and then the line automatically hangs up or says that it’s not available, but I’m not seeing anything about this on the website.

Disregarding the albums prior to Couch, it occurred to me today that Pleasant Living is the only TMP album to have a non-10 number of songs.
Is this why Life Jacket wasn't on the self-titled?
Is it random? Is it intended? Is it the limit of Dylan's patience when writing songs (that's 10 of 'em let's get in the studio guys!)?

Hello, I've been meeting with some friends over the past year or so to try out new games every week. We usually meet in discord and play through table top simulator. It typically takes an hour to understand the rules and then most games take two or three more hours to play. Sorry about formatting, on my phone through the app.
I work for a third party consulting company that contracts with various entities. I am currently subbed to a construction company at a pharmaceutical site. I have worked both “sides” of the site, being construction and plant, for roughly 6 years now.
Today, I am told construction contractors are not allowed to use the facility restrooms, we have to use the porta-johns. This came about after the general contractor saw one of our employees using a facility restroom. I have several qualms with this.
First, it was 3 degrees (real feel said -8) outside when I got to work at 0630 and the porta-johns are not heated.
Second, when I was working for a contractor on the plant side (a little over 2 years), this was never an issue. We had free range to utilize whatever restroom we saw fit.
Third, most of my crew are minorities. This feels a little like segregation/discrimination towards them. I have used the facility restrooms numerous times during this project without repercussions (white, male in a management type position).
Am I thinking about this all wrong? It’s just really eating at me as this doesn’t seem fair. I know there are bigger fish to fry as well, just wanted to get some insight. Thanks all!

I have worked as a boarding houseparent in international schools for the last couple of years in two different countries, but next year I will finish my university training as a primary school teacher and I would like to know your opinion on what are the chances of getting a job as someone who does not come from an English-speaking country but has experience in English-speaking roles and if there is something I can do now to improve my chances in the future. I am particularly interested in Japan and China but could be flexible starting in other regions where the origin of the teachers being recruited is not a priority. Any advice?

2025.01.22 23:04 MakingChristina Diagnosed with IIH months ago, but just now having serious pins and needles in fingers/hand. Has anyone else experienced this?
I've had zero side effects from the Diamox since I started in June. I've never had any numbness or tingling. And I don't know if this is related to that, but yesterday I had sudden and strong numbness, tingling, and weakness in my right fingers/hand. I went to the ER and they did and MRI and said it showed nothing strange. They called it an IIH episode, told me I should up my dose of Diamox, and sent me home. I just woke up and I'm having tingles in my other hand now. Just wondering if anyone else knows of IIH behaving like this. Thank you.

It happens out of nowhere. It happens for no reason at all, as if to torment me.
Even when I lay down, my legs still tingle. They tingle so much that it drives me insane. This usually lasts for an hour or two. In fact, the same thing happens to my arms too (though more rarely).
Sometimes, they tingle so much they hurt. Sometimes, I want to saw my damn legs off.
They tingle so much that in a way, they feel alien to my body.
No matter how much I rest them, I am forced to endure it until it goes away. And when I walk, it feels like my knees will buckle.
When the same applies to my arms (like right now), I feel like my wrists will detach. Like my arms are boneless and will snap at any moment. But they never do.
My legs are so sore. My arms are tingly. Typing this makes my arms tingle more. Goodbye.

TLDR: anyone who plays BF4 on Xbox who’d be willing to help a fellow gamer re-unlock dice camo and guns like the mpx and gol Magnum, I’d appreciate it.
Unfortunately, I lost access to my old battlefield account. I wasn’t quite a level 140- iirc I was rank 134- and I had all the unlocks to show for it. Now, I’m starting over with a different account, which is frustrating.
The good news is I’m more than capable of slowly reprogressing. The bad news is that there are two or three unlocks I could use help with. Dice camo is the big one, it would mean the world to me if someone would be willing to help me through that light puzzle again. Also- I’m not seeing any servers playing chainlink- so I’m not sure how I’m going to unlock the mpx again.
Would appreciate a buddy to help me with those two, maybe with the gol as well since it’s just sorta a pain in an ultra competitive server. Beyond that I suspect most of the other guns I’ll be capable of unlocking on my own with enough time. So far I’ve already gotten back the MTAR, in the very same round I turned rank 10 (when it becomes available)
