Fairly new starter, when I finally figured out the terrible workday app I noticed there was holidays put in, one for a day I work and one for a day I don't.
I raised this with my manager as it wasn't their name on the notes and they said they'd look into it and eventually it was resolved.
Just logged in and it wasn't. I'm receiving two days holiday for days I didn't take on holiday. It's clear my managers aren't resolving this but I feel like this is fairly egregious.
Who can I speak to, head office etc.

Anyways, l've relapsed twenty minutes ago as of now and I'm just fucking tired of my pornography addiction. I'm so tired of lust. I'm so tired of it being in my life. I've came into contact with porn since I hit puberty. Twelve years old in 6th grade. All the way back to 2017. I'm almost twenty years old now. I lacked discipline to stay away from porn until I got a little older. Longest I've lasted was a month and a half without it. I used to last more than two weeks but now, I struggle to last more than a single week. I would go on over five days without it and bam, I get an urge from nowhere and it's some type of urge that makes me feel comfortable to relapse. I believe I lost my discipline. I dislike how my life has come to this. I've came to a point where's it's something that I don't want, I just need it. During December, I was planning on meeting a girl on New Year's and my goal was to not relapse to porn for the entire month. I was four days away from getting to meet her and I still fucking relapsed. I couldn't even fucking waited four more days. I was close to going three weeks without relapsing if I remember correctly. I was worried that my performance will be shit when I was going to have sex with her. Although, surprisingly, my performance was great when I did had sex with her. I actually didn't think of porn or anything. I was able to stay hard with her and have good orgasm. Iāll have to go sidetrack here from the main poir a little bit. First time I had sex, my performance Was garbage, because this was when I would watch porn almost every day.
Fast forward to of recent, I wouldn't watch and beat my meat every single day. Back to the main point, it has ruined my life. I've been battling this addiction for awhile now and I'm just exhausted from it. I genuinely believe I'm cursed now. I feel like I'm doomed to forever be a slave to lust. I'm probably just too far gone now.

Iām meeting with a recruiter tomorrow for the first time and before I talk to them Iām just wondering if Iāll be 100% disqualified for anxiety medication. A year ago my doctor had asked me if I felt anxious at all recently and I told her I had a competition coming up for jazz and she immediately just prescribed me propranolol for stage fright since I told her I was anxious for performing my solo infront of hundreds of people. It was last February that I had gotten the pills but I havenāt gotten any refills and havenāt even used half of them so Iām just wondering if that will make it so I canāt join. Iām also going to be graduating highschool in 5 months so If everythingās alright and goes good I have a bit until I would have to go to bootcamp.

Hey Iām 20 years old and I live in Ireland. I want to invest ā¬150 a week into S&P 500 for 45 years. Iām starting soon and was doing some research, I found CSPX to be a great choice for me due to it being UCTIS complaint, itās low expense ratio etc, but when I came to buy I noticed its in USD, I decided not to buy since I donāt want conversion rates screwing me over down the line, then I found SXR8, itās domiciled in Ireland also (I think) and on the German exchange opposed to CSPXs London exchange, I want to invest here since itās in EUR and not USD, the shares they both hold in each company are identical, Iām 99% certain all I have to do is just invest in this one instead of CSPX and the exchange itās on doesnāt affect tax, but Iām very cautious and would just appreciate a second opinion going forward before I invest, thanks!
