Ich hatte demletzt ein Vorstellungsgespräch bei einer Firma. Es lief auch alles gut und schien zu passen. Am Ende wurde nach meiner Gehaltsvorstellung gefragt, welche ich hoch ansetzte. Daraufhin wurde nur genickt und "Ist notiert" kommentiert.
Jetzt bin ich mir etwas unsicher, da es meine erste "Gehaltsverhandlung" war. Ist das ein gutes Zeichen, dass es nicht weiter diskutiert wurde, oder bedeutet das "Ok, kannste vergessen, ciao".
Ich hätte gedacht dass man verhandelt, bis man sich auf einen Wert einigt. Eine GehaltsVERHANDLUNG eben. Oder ist das so normal?

30M, coming out of a bad sinus infection. One of my nostrils (left side) had been clogged with a blood/mucus combo for the last four days, although never flowing with blood. It happened after I took Sinex Severe (the one with oxymetazoline) but because it's not both nostrils, I'm not sure if it's related. Wanted to get an opinion as to if it's worth going to the doctor, or just riding out.

I'll start off by saying that it's the middle of the night, and this post is fueled by nothing but spite. Please excuse spelling/grammar mistakes.
I had an argument with this girl on TikTok about Phantom of the Opera. I can't remember what she said, but in her mind, Eric was the obvious choice for Christine. Because it was "DARK/GOTHIC ROMANCE".. I'll be honest, I have a soft spot for mistreated romantics who turn villains. But Eric was awful, he never loved her. He was obsessed and abusive, straight-up mean. This is something a lot of women (who are majority of booktok) do on social media. It's straight-up concerning for multiple reasons.
* This obsession with describing every damn story with tropes, and nothing but tropes. Is PotO about romance? Considering Raul was being turned to a spinning döner kebab of despair for his love for Christine, who was in turn split open by her trust to that deceiving rat and her love for Eric, yes. But it's written as a mystery novel. It IS a mystery novel.
* Defending fcked-up abusive behavior; Glorifying this type of relationship, excusing poor behavior from abusive men just because he's sooo misunderstood. And again hiding behind these intellectually subservient tropes??? So many millions of women die in abusive relationships, and one reason is that society is always defending abusive male behavior. "What did she do to make him mad? He's just in love with her, he's passionate!" End it!

This is technically discussion, but also doubles as recruitment but it got removed under the Recruitment tag since no screenshots were applied. Oops. Back to discussion tag I go.
Yeah. Uh.
It's been a while!
Im here to "announce" Pokémon C!
Pokémon C essentially just stands for "Pokémon Community", just... not having the name this long. The concept is... fairly simple? Everyone can chip in(in the sense of things like art, concepts for moves, Pokémon, characters etc.).
It's a FR romhack.
Pokémon slots are (slowly) freed up by me, where someone can claim up a slot (NOT IN A ROW; For example, Timmy10 cannot take up #001-#003 alongside #004-006, only #001-003). Community feedback is also free to be given to these pokemon, to balance them out and fix their designs. They will need front-and backsprites!
If the suggestion to bring back a newer-gen Pokémon or keeping a older-gen pokemon comes up, this will be voted on.
Mega Evolution does not exist.
The Fairy Type and Physical/Special Split do exist.
People will, VERY obviously, be credited for this for what theyve done. This will be credited by the submitter's Discord tag unless they want their credit under a different name, or uncredited if they request as such(by default, it's credit under discord tag).
Same goes for maps!
People are also allowed to design the characters, including those of the players and rivals and gym leaders.
The hack's made using Hex Maniac Advance.
So uh, yeah, I think that's all I wanted to say? I'm probably just cluttering this up down here just to get 500 words since there is no image attatched, but that's the gist of it pretty much.
Even if you're not good at spriting, you could probably work together with someone, or let me fix up shading and spriting errors, if you so wish to.
Criticism of Pokémon is also taken note of, obviously, so making the grass starter a base 500 total Pokémon is out of the question.

Anybody else experiencing constant connection issues with their Pulse Explore earbuds?
The constant disconnecting and reconnecting every 30 seconds is driving me crazy. I can hear interference sometimes too.
Sometimes the earbuds disconnect completely to the point where I have to restart my console.
Anybody know a fix for this or have had a similar situation?

We had him on Victor brand fish formula for most of his life, but they had that recall some time back and we had to switch. We've tried a few foods since then without success (either tummy wise or coat wise). Recently, we've moved overseas, as my husband is active duty and we were forced to feed him what's available at the store on post which is Science Diet Sensitive Stomach - not great, I know - and he's been on that for a few months. So, I've ordered new food - Jinx brand Salmon and Rice and I'm just waiting for that to arrive. But for other fawn owners, is this normal for their coat to thin as they age? If not, what supplements should we focus on or try? Could this be stress related due to the big move?
