Hi! My boyfriend and I have been into the aquarium hobby for a few years and we want to set up our first salt water tank. I tried doing my research but I still don’t understand the best filtration and rock sistem. We found this aquarium ,, BLAU aquaristic Square 80 All in One Marine Black” (i can’t put a link cause it would send you to a romanian website lol). It has a light, a skimmer (i still don’t understand what it does), a pump. From what I’ve read do I also need a wave pump? Do I also need a cannister filter? An osmosis thing for doing the water? Do I just turn on the reverse osmosis and then add marine salt? We want two clownfish and some anemones, maybe some shrimp and corals? Please help

Hello, currently in the midst of building my package for OTS and due to insurance issues, I had to get an opthalmologist appointment through my recruitemilitary for a waiver for my astigmatism. When I made contact with my recruiter, I was at college with my recruiter located in NYC and now I'm located in Seattle. My recruiter made an appointment with an opthalmologist in NYC. Considering it took almost half a year for this appointment to take place, I am reluctant to reschedule. I could pay out of pocket for a flight, but wondering if I could be reimbursed for it. Appreciate any thoughts :)

2025.01.22 23:13 clce what does the home button do, wired connection versus pressing the button beneath it?
I came across a couple of s7s I had years ago. It's been so many years that I don't really remember how everything works anyway. But I want to use one of them for putting in a holder and using for doing Amazon app routes. I think it'll work. I can test it I suppose .
But my question is, it's missing the home button. I must have broken the screen and bought a replacement because one of the phones has the screen still off with the glue still covered so I can put it back together but the home button is gone. It wires in, but it also presses an internal button beneath it.
I'm just wondering what functions operate from the wire going inside the phone versus depressing the button beneath it? Looking at videos, it's extremely complicated to replace the button wiring because you have to take the back of the phone apart and take most of the phone apart. It's just not worth the trouble to me .
However, I could just snip the cable off of the one I have that is open on the front and I'm going to throw out. And then I could place the button in the hole and it should work to depress the center button beneath it .
When I test the phone, if I stick my finger in the hole where the button goes and depress the button below it it does take me to the home screen, and I think that's probably all I need from it. But I don't want to snip this button off unless I know it will work. Although I'm just going to throw the phone out I suppose and I'll probably never get around to taking it apart so I might just do it anyway .
But I'm just wondering what functionality I will lose by having the button in but not wired in? I really got to say, whoever designed this was a bit of a nut. Both front and back have to come apart and most of the phone needs to be disassembled. It's kind of crazy. I watched a few videos and everybody in the comments is basically saying thanks for letting me know that it's not worth doing. Any help appreciated.

2025.01.22 23:13 One_Chic_Chick Rag quilt without flannel
I am brand new to quilting (but have experience sewing) and thought a rag quilt would be a good place to start. I had the idea to make it reversible such that both the top and bottom layer of each square is the same quilting cotton.
However, the tutorials I've found mostly say to use flannel on the back, or else the finished product picture has visible flannel. Will the seams still have the rag look without a layer of flannel? I kicked around the idea of using flannel in the middle instead of batting, but already bought batting so was hoping to use it if possible.

2025.01.22 23:13 noiz007 Autotask - redirecting emails to ticketing system suddenly broken.
We have been successfully forwarding emails from [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to '[email protected]' to get emailed support tickets into our ticketing system for 1 year plus. We have proofpoint in place inbound/outbound but had a rule in place to send out through exchange to avoid 'relay denied' messages. Suddenly it doesn't work. I have cases open with Kaseya, and Proofpoint but they are struggling. Kaseya recommended changing it to a redirect (from a forward) but that didn't work either. Microsoft updated the relay policy this month I believe. Found a couple of other users that this started this month too but no resolution posted. Any help appreciated. With redirect we get a "451 4.4.4 Mail received as unauthenticated, incoming to a recipient domain configured in a hosted tenant which has no mail-enabled subscriptions" Thought I would try here before going down the Microsoft support rabit hole.

2025.01.22 23:13 biomassCluster Ignition won't turn after repairing lock cylinder
My key wouldn't go into the ignition cylinder, so I removed the cylinder, removed a wafer that was damaged, and replaced the cylinder. The key now works and turns fine, but once the cylinder is reinstalled, it won't turn at all. With the cylinder out, I also can't turn the ignition with a screwdriver.
Is there something I need to reset that is preventing the ignition from turning? I know there's something similar on newer Hondas, but I haven't seen anything for 2009.

I’ve been at uni for a few months now and, overall, I’m really enjoying it. During this time, I’ve grown close to a girl I get on with really well. We’ve spent a lot of time together, and I truly believe there’s a mutual liking between us.
The problem is, I feel like I’m on an emotional rollercoaster. We’ll have an amazing day out where it feels like we’ve clicked, and it seems like something might happen between us. But then, nothing does, and it starts to feel like there’s a distance—or at least that’s how my mind sees it.
This situation is particularly big for me because I’ve never been in a relationship or asked anyone out before. I’m struggling to tell where we stand, and honestly, I don’t think I can go on feeling like this for the next six months. I don’t want to reflect on my first year of uni feeling confused and stuck in this limbo.
I really like her, and I don’t want to mess up our friendship, but at the same time, I’m scared of missing out because I held back. It feels like I’m waiting for her to make a move, but I also wonder if she’s waiting for the same from me.
Essentially, I don’t know what to do. How do I approach this? What should I say? Should I even say anything, or is it better to let it go?
I always feel confident about bringing it up when I’m on my own, but the moment I’m face-to-face with her, I lose my nerve.
For context, we’ve spent a lot of time together, and she even gave me a thoughtful gift over Christmas, which feels significant.
Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

I don’t know why. I had discord perms and made some funny little jokes when the destiny turned on the afk screen. The chat turned blue and everyone was spamming some emotes fitting the jokes, like lulw‘s and pepelaughs. There were even some gigachads, when destiny asked who the fuck i was and told me to leave the call and i said no.
One chatter found my jokes so funny, he offered to gift me a T4 sub but i declined. Any suggestions?
