Our local police department post a warning about a scam perpetrated on an area elderly gentleman. “We received a phone call from a citizen who stated that an individual calling himself "Deputy Smith" from the "Beaver County Sheriff's Office in Pennsylvania" called him in reference to his DNA being compromised. The so-called deputy advised the citizen that he was in violation of the Meghan's Law and gave him instructions to remedy the situation. The phone number the faux deputy used was 724-936-1660.
Be advised that we do not have a Deputy Smith, the number being used is a cellular device not owned by our office, and the caller is not a law enforcement officer.
Every single day, people are coming up with new ways to scam others. This citizen was smart and told the caller he was hanging up and calling our office to confirm.”

How do you follow up on actions? And if you work on the opinion that engineering managers should have no visibility of retros and their actions, then how do you ensure the actions are completed or that managers aware of improvements that are being worked on?

 | I just bought a new 32 gig SD card for my D5000 but it doesn’t seem to like it? Whenever I put it in the camera complains that it can’t format the card. It’s a microSD in an adapter but from what I understand that shouldn’t cause the issue I’m seeing.
