 | Manakara by Indult notes: Damask pink rose, Bulgarian red rose, lychee from Madagascar, coconut, candied berry, vanilla custard, musk ~~~ This to me smells like syrupy lychee popping boba submerged in sweet rose tea. When I first wore it, my brother thought I smelled like starburst or those lychee coconut jelly candies you get from an Asian supermarket. Although the projection is more on the intimate side, I personally find the longevity to be really good. I feel like such an edible, tropical princess whenever this is on me. Shoutout to Caroline Stern for putting me on this one! As someone who doesn’t even like rose or florals, I LOVE this one so much. I really needed a perfume in my collection that was yummy yet still sophisticated and sexy and Manakara is literally just that for me. So, this sounds rather paranoid, but I am concerned I may be being ghosted by my collaborators on a project.
I am an undergrad and joined a summer project. It went well, so we continued remotely through the fall. Last I met with my PI and another undergrad on the team, we were taking a break for the holiday and would resume in the next semester with the aim to write up our work and publish in a small journal, then dissolve the group.
The next semester is here now though, and I have not been contacted. My attempts to contact are also not being responded to.
Best case is both of them have decided it isn't worth working on any further and are ignoring communications. Worst case is I have been intentionally boxed out. Regardless of what the truth is, what sort of due diligence must I do on my part? Am I likely misreading something?
Some of my anxiousness comes from a bit of guilt. I had not been able to dedicate as much time as I intended on the project due to PhD applications, classes, and two other research projects with more urgent deadlines. It may be that they realized it's easier to just work without me, but we're so close to the end I'd like to see it through.

The best description I can give from memory about the artist is that she had dark brown wavy/curly hair. English wasn’t her first language. The video i remember she was trying some candy from Ireland. In the video she was wearing a very pale pink dress, and was sat in what looked like inside part of a rock cave/alcove outside. Throughout the video she held the mic in one hand while ate a pistachio ice cream in the other and then tried some chewy candy and then a lollipop. I don’t believe her channel was very big. After the LA fires we decided to purchase an AirThings monitor to check the air quality indoors. I just started using it yesterday and it’s been really freaking me out. The CO2 and PM2.5 levels in the house are only “green” if we constantly have our windows open. If we cook (we have gas) or close windows they start creeping up to 1,600 for CO2s and even 200 for PMs. We have purifiers in every room and I just ordered more filters. In addition I asked the landlord to check the AC filters to make sure they’re not dirty. For context we live in a old-ish 2 story condo. We have a 4 month old daughter so I’ve been really spiraling about having green levels around her all the time but it seems unaittanable. I know it’s inevitable for them to dip when cooking (I also use the vent when I cook) but I wonder if anyone has any other tips. We also stopped using our humidifier in the nursery. Trying to do as much as I can for my kid but it’s getting overwhelming. Any tips on improving indoor apartment air quality would be great, thank you!!!

ik it's an 11 man game but has City really imploded without Rodri? I don't remember ever watching Pep w/o a dm, even before his City tenure. bro recycled Fernandinho so fast...tried same with Rodri and that backup fat fraud but Rodri stayed relevant, literally carrying City on his back last season with a lot of clutch goals/tackles/interceptions. I personally think his absence is the major reason City are this shitt. not injuries, not fatigue etc. I mean those other things count but I'm sorry, Rodri is simply indispensable atm.

I was just scrolling through the onoma online shop (roster in Germany where I got one decaf set from) and stumbled upon a sellout of remaining decaf sets (even for half the original price).
So if you did not get a set before the event because they were already sold out, it might be worth checking roasters in your country if they might also do a clearance of remaining sets which were held back in case of shipping problemes or such.
