2025.01.22 23:49 Crochet_Koala Day 3 of Stims - is what I’m experiencing normal?
I was on Estrace priming for 10 days before starting Pergoveris stimulation. Yesterday was my third day of stims, and before coming home from the office I had to run to catch my train, during running I realized my tummy was super tight. After I got home I noticed I had some blood on my pad, not sure if it was the residual from my period or something to worry about?
Today, my tummy still feels super tight, and my thighs hurt as well. I’m not sure if it’s from the running (since I’m not a regular runner). I’m also experiencing constant leakage—clear in color with odor.
I’m really worried, I’m going to call my clinic and leave a message but just wanted to check in here and see if this sounds normal. Could I have ovulated already? I know it’s unlikely, but I’m starting to spiral. Thanks for reading.

Today my Ecobee crapped out on me during this freezing weather but luckily I had a gen3 Nest that I was able to get wired up and working with some input from my AC guy who installed my Bosch pump and handler in Sept.
I've read Nests aren't great with heat pumps but for now it's doing its job so I'd like to get something more appropriate and installed asap.
My tstat location is right across the hallway from my main bath. So it typically will read higher than other rooms in the house since the bathroom doesn't take long to heat. My initial search showed Honeywell T10 has sensors you can place in other rooms and disable it's own tstat sensor which would help prevent it from turning off the temp when it got to temp by the bathroom before the other rooms did.
It's a modulating single stage heat pump if that helps.
Thoughts and opinions?

I'm not too sure if my scores are a bit on the low side, so I just wanted to see what you guys think. I'm not trying to push for crazy numbers or anything, I just want to know if mine are "normal".
PBO limits Motherboard (MSI x870e Carbon WiFi), 10x Scalar, +200mhz, -15 all cores. x3d gaming mode is disabled and SMT is enabled.
CPU temp capped at 49.7 degrees for the Single Core test and 79.4 for the Multi Core.

I am using 8000mhz G-Skill ram, but I didn't realise it was an XMP kit. It is stable at 8000mhz stock AXMP (think that's what it's called). If it is worth swapping to am EXPO kit, please let me know.

Hi everyone,
Odd situation here that in my opinion could be a mix of insurance fraud and criminal charges.
One early morning, back in mid-December, i parked my car on an off road and made my way to work. I came back at the end of the day, to find 2 copies of the same note, which was typed and laminated, under my windshield mirror.
The note stated “you have hit my car causing damage to the paint work and numberplate. Please contact me on XXX to sort it out privately. Alternatively, i will be reporting it to the police as a hit and run along with the pictures of the damage and how you were parked against my car”
At the time, i found it odd and unlikely as i reverse parked and would’ve noticed if i was that close to hit the car behind me. Not that it matters, but i have never been in a car accident and there was no car in front so it was an easy manoeuvre.
I typed in the number and the profile photo on whatsapp was of a person i recognised. He went to school with me when I was younger and was involved with a bad crowd. I didn’t call the number and was advised by family that it may be a scam. I contacted the police and they referred me to the fraud unit where I informed them of what happened.
A few weeks later, i parked on the same road to go to work, and then came back to find a similar, laminated note, that said “As you failed to contact me privately, i have sent of a V888 form to the DVLA to request your details from the day you hit my car and left it parked right up against it. To sort privately before I gain details from the DVLA please call XXX for a last chance to sort this out”.
Again, i didnt call the number, phoned up the fraud unit to add this to my case, to which they said they never opened a report and so had to start from scratch which was disappointing as their was no record of it.
Now, today, i parked my car further down the road, and when I returned from work, a guy was standing outside it. I got into my car and locked my car and he was smiling and showing me a photo of my car against his car. I drove off as he was intimidating me and no longer felt safe as he was blocking my car, i drove around multiple back streets and headed to the pub to meet my friends. Long behold, he just appears and has been walking and following me. I have no idea how he found out where i was but he was on foot and i drove around multiple back roads.
I tell him that im calling the police, saying hes following me, intimidating me and also explained the whole situation. He waits outside the pub smiling and laughing as if to suggest he didnt care that the police were involved.
Eventually they got there, they called the number on the laminated notes, heard his side of the story and said i shouldve called him. They say he said i ran over his foot whilst driving away from him and that apparently he also called the police to tell them what was happening. I completely disagreed and know i didnt run over his foot, as well how could he walk around looking for my car if thats case and he was smiling and taunting me. The police said they found him very remorseful and genuine and that they think he was just trying to sort things out because i damaged his wheel arch. This contradicts what he also wrote in the laminated note. They said there was nothing they could do and wouldnt open a report.
Anyone have any advice in this situation because i am currently worried im going to be charged over a hit and run.
I am based in England and apologies for the long read, im just trying to explain as much of the situation as possible as this is causing me loads of stress. Thanks for reading.

ABSTRACT Plain Language Summary Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a condition where people experience abdominal pain together with abnormalities in either stool frequency or consistency. It affects 1 in 20 people worldwide and, for most people, is a chronic condition. IBS can be diagnosed safely based on the symptoms reported by the patient, but all patients should have testing to rule out celiac disease and those with diarrhea should be investigated to make sure they do not have inflammatory bowel disease. Treatment of IBS is usually with dietary and lifestyle advice initially. Where this does not lead to an improvement in symptoms, then treatment based on the main stool abnormality, or aimed at improving abdominal pain, or both, is usual. This includes laxatives for constipation, anti-diarrheal drugs for diarrhea, and antispasmodics for abdominal pain. If these do not work, there are newer drugs that can treat constipation or diarrhea, and pain-modifying drugs can be used to treat abdominal pain. For people who still experience symptoms despite these measures, treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy or hypnotherapy, which have been developed specially for IBS, can be considered. In the future, personalized treatment may be achievable by considering the wider impact of symptoms of IBS, not just on the gut, but also on the brain and other organs.
Introduction Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a disorder of gut-brain interaction affecting 5% of the population. The cardinal symptoms are abdominal pain and altered stool form or frequency.
Areas covered Diagnosis and management of IBS. We searched the literature for diagnostic accuracy studies, randomized controlled trials, and meta-analyses. A positive diagnosis of IBS, alongside testing to exclude celiac disease, is recommended. Exhaustive investigation has a low yield. Patients should be offered traditional dietary advice. If response is incomplete, specialist dietetic guidance should be considered. Probiotics may be beneficial, but quality of evidence is poor. First-line treatment of constipation is with laxatives, with secretagogues used where these are ineffective. Anti-diarrheal drugs should be used first-line for diarrhea, with second-line drugs including 5-hydroxytryptamine-3 antagonists, eluxadoline, or rifaximin, where available. First-line treatment of abdominal pain should be with antispasmodics, with gut-brain neuromodulators prescribed second-line. Low-dose tricyclic antidepressants, such as amitriptyline, are preferred. Brain-gut behavioral therapies are effective and have evidence for efficacy in patients refractory to standard therapies.
Expert opinion Despite substantial advances, there remains scope for improvement in terms of both the diagnosis and management of IBS. Reinforcement of positive diagnostic strategies for the condition and novel treatment paradigms are required.
