I have a kid in an expensive sports program. I paid for this year in advance to get a discount. We're unhappy with the service for a bunch of reasons. At least one of the reasons is that one of the classes offered is not at all as advertised.
I am signing with another program and I want a fair refund for half of our payment. I'm deducting the discount received and the credit card fees of course. We signed no contract, just agreed on the price over a messenger app and I paid. There is a no refunds policy mentioned on their website. This is not a chain or anything, it's one man's business. He takes things personally and I expect him to say he will not give us any money back.
Will a judge see things my way and give me a fair, prorated refund if it comes to that?

warning: very tmi
today is the last day of my period. normally by this day, i typically only need two light tampons to get me through the day. i got into an argument with my brother earlier, and when once i finally relaxed after the blood started GUSHING. i was mainly confused because 1. i’ve never ever had that much blood come out of me on the last day of my period, let alone at once. and 2, normally by this point the blood is brown but this was bright red. i’m wondering if my blood pressure went a little too low once i relaxed causing the bleeding. i’m just confused because ive never even had that much blood be left in my uterus by the last day.

Looking for a dry food recommendation that is: 1. Relatively high in meat protein 2. Relatively soft in consistency
Was feeding freeze dried raw but with bird flu risk in raw food I want an alternative. My cats eat mostly canned food but we do have an auto feeder that releases dry food for the times we are away from the home for longer stretches of time. One of our cats likes to not chew and swallows food whole… traditional dry kibble has scratched is esophagus, causing blood in his vomit and a very expensive vet trip which is why the softer consistency is requested :)
