2025.01.23 03:54 mimecamp My Aetna plan doesn’t require PA for Mounjaro, but does for Zepbound?
A quick question because I’m so confused with the health insurance this system. I just asked my doctor to prescribe me Zepbound, which requires a PA form. This was swiftly denied. I haven’t had a chance to appeal yet.
But when I looked at our formulary list, it said my plan covers Mounjaro WITHOUT a prior authorization. It has a $20 co-pay.
Now, I have PCOS and I’m 5’7 + 294lbs. I am not pre-diabetic or diabetic.
Is there any way at all I’d be denied coverage for Mounjaro even when a PA necessary? Do you recommend I go forward with the Zepbound appeal? Or should I just ask my doctor to switch my prescription to Mounjaro instead?

I've completed the entire Dragon Decade achievements except the PVP section, which requires that I "Complete 10 PvP matches in unranked or ranked arenas."
I have NO interest in PVP, but PVP Rush Week seems like a great time to choke this cheevo down. Is there one-on-one PVP? So I can just die without dragging a team down with me? If so, how do I access that? If not, what's your suggestion for the most painless (to myself and others) way to slog through ten matches without dedicating hours of study and build-tweaking?

1: Do you believe this kind of A.I / technology is archivable ?

3: Does it really matter?

1 : Yes but I don’t think any civilization would get there before destroying itself

I’m 50m and I was a Neet from 2017 to 2022 and then again from January 2024 to November 2024. For 2023 I worked as a parapro.
I stopped being Neet in November 2024 when I moved in with my wife and kids in Atlanta and got a job. Originally I’m from NYC where I was living with my parents while I was a Neet.
I know it’s important to be with my wife and kids and help support them financially and in other ways and I’m here doing that but honestly I wish I could live in NYC in my moms house on the second floor as a Neet until the day I died, but most likely I will live in Atlanta and work here until the day I die.
I can’t even begin to tell you guys how good it felt to be a Neet and sleep whenever I want to and wake up whenever I want and do whatever I want. It’s the greatest feeling in the world, I could have easily lived out my whole life like that.
However now I have to live with my wife and two kids and work. It’s nice here in Atlanta too with my family but being a Neet in NYC was absolutely the best. I didn’t have any responsibilities when I was a Neet and I didn’t have a care in the world. What a life.
Oh well now I’m just waiting for the next 30 years to pass, then I’ll be 80 years old but I’ll probably still be working but it’s going to feel good at 80 to look back on my life, if I live that long.
Oh well it is what it is.

So I have two cats what is a tuxedo one is a tabby and about a month and a half ago my tabby cat had a pretty bad accident where his back Paul got caught in between defender and front door of my car while it was in the garage and he ended up having to get two toes removed. Both of my cats were in the garage at the time when this happened and I walked out and found my tabby cat spinning his body around, trying to free himself, my tuxedo cat was in the garage when everything went down and he actually attacked me pretty bad when it happened but I ignored it because I know he was stressed out and scared, but now my tuxedo cat is hostile towards my tabby cat. He attacked my tabby cat while he was in recovery, he had a cone on and everything the tabby cat did not fight back. He ran to my bedroom door and I had to separate the cats and now my tuxedo cat is just very hostile to my tabby cat and I have to have my tabby cat in my bedroom at all times and my tuxedo cat out in the living room and around the house and to spend time with my tuxedo cat I have to let the tabby cat out into the living room and around the house and keep my tuxedo cat in the bedroom. so my question is what do I do and why is my tuxedo cat all of a sudden hostile towards a tabby cat because before they were friendly mind you, I got the tuxedo cat first and when I got the tabby cat, they were not happy with each other and it took almost 2 months for them to finally be nice with each other, they were buddy buddy and they were really happy with each other for a long time before the accident, they would play running around and stuff and now I can’t even have my tuxedo cat near my tabby cat without me being worried that he’s gonna attack him. If any of you guys know what I could do to make my tuxedo cat friendly again with him and make my tabby cat not feel scared anymore because my tabby cat will flinch at the side of my tuxedo cat and it just breaks my heart to see that because they used to be the best just a bud so any advice would be helpful. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Title says it, and I am beyond relieved! Thx CompTIA, I'm done! I used Prof Messer, Dion practice tests, Comptia learn for PBQ practice and exams and knowledge gained from A+ & Net+. Got 3 PBQ's which felt easier than the practice ones but were completely different. Mpq's were straightforward and logical, overall, definitely the easiest of the Comptia exams for me.
