I have many healed ear piercings that were pierced with 18-20g and I downsized to 22g. This would include 2 forward helix, 1 tragus and then some lobes. I usually use nose bones that are 22g. Why is it when I search on different websites (Le Roi, Tawapa, Maya Jewlery, etc.), I never see gauge size. The earring itself is listed without a guage size, is there a standard size I should be assuming.
I could upsize my lobes easily but I downsized to 22g because I like the dainty look and have smaller features that were hard/uncomfortable to fit larger gauged earrings in. Am I stuck using 22g bones or hoops from Claires/Hot Topic forever? I want 'adult' jewelry that's better quality but finding 22g seems impossible. I'm a newbie to this community trying to learn, appreciate advice! See attached picture !

I have a 100 miler in early April and am in the market for new shoes for it. The OG UltraFly has disappeared from the UK Nike store but you can pick it up on sale from various other retailers.
Not sure whether to pull the trigger on a sale pair of 1s, or hang fire and hope the 2 drops before April.
I’ve not seen anything other than the proto posted on here a couple of months or so ago. Based on that I suspect a pre-April drop is probably unlikely?

I am product of the church and I've never in my life felt that God has spoken to me. I mean people say God really speaks to them. They can hear their voice. Has your God ever spoken to you? If so what does their voice sound like. Im not talking about signs, I want to know if you've heard God the same way you hear people talk. What is that like?
If you don't believe then what is it? Is it a sign of hysteria? Is it just the mind and body getting tired of your shit and is telling you to get into gear? Is it you inner voice?

I'm considering doing a Masters, is it better to get an IBMS accredited masters or can I get away with a non accredited masters in regards to career progression in the field. At my previous workplace, they required either a specialist or a IBMS accredited MSc to progress to a band 6, but is this on a trust by trust basis?
