Rx: 300 mg Effexor 125 mcg Synthroid 2 mag Risperdal All daily
Diet the last few weeks has been mostly apples and PBJs, with tea and milk. Bit of meat, pasta and sauce as well.
Has been six months off and on of restricted income. Also poor oral care, my antidepressant was just increased in December, doing a bit better but still tired and swirling the drain of getting back on my feet.
What can I do that would help my teeth and nutrition, please? No dental coverage of course.

Game 2 Tag Desc:3 people are given batons to pass around, they have 30 seconds to avoid being it, once the time is out the 3 people with the baton get killed.
Game 3 Hide n' seek Desc:15 triangle guards act as the seekers, the players have 1 minute to hide and 35 minutes to remain hidden.

I’ll be graduating in June 2025 with a B.Sc. General degree from IGNOU (open & distance learning). Here's my academic profile:
- Class 12 (2019): 83%
- Class 10 (2017): 9.6 CGPA (95%)
Our financial situation was tough, so I worked with my father at his shop during this time. Opting for a distance course also helped me pursue NEET. I expect to graduate with 70%.
Given my unconventional academic journey and profile, should I consider preparing for CAT? While IIMs might not admit me, would top 20/30/50 colleges consider my application?
I'm ready to give it my all. Despite repeated failures, I still have belief in myself. However, I wonder if my profile has already ruled me out of the race.
I recently attempted some CAT PYQs (without any preparation) and managed to get 10-12 questions correct, with 3-4 wrong.
Is there still a chance for me?

So I started off on 5mg of Lexapro in October and a month later I increased to 10mg and I've been on 10mg for two months now. I'm wondering if I should increase my dosage to 15mg because I've seen improvements in my anxiety, but recently I’ve felt really anxious about driving and am ruminating more than usual and I just don't know if it's a normal amount of anxiety or if I should increase my dosage. How do I know if an increase is necessary?

I've been on here for a while, been going through this a long time from the medicine I take. Cut down and getting some movements. Used to be probably every 5 days. Went a little the past two days from drinking hot coffee. While I've got a little unplugged, what is the MILDEST, non cramping...none of the laying on a towel on the bathroom floor naked from agony that I could take. I also have bouts of fainting when I use enemas which leads to the second part if anyone on here knows why this happens. I have almost blacked out, loss of vision and hearing when doing an enema. I usually hydrate the morning of to prepare. Suggestion would be appreciated

I’ve noticed I lose on average between 1-2 pounds per week on the 10mg, which equates to between 4-7 lbs monthly. On average, what does your weekly weight loss look like and what dosage are you on? I’m trying to figure out if I’m losing too slow and should increase my dosage. I still have at least 80 pounds to go until my GW and I will have been on varying dosages of zep for a year this April.
