First Attempt Adding Stickers in my Planner Overall I’m pretty happy with my new Happy Planner. I’ve always had vertical or horizontal style planners. Never dashboard (honestly didn’t know about it till this year). Also, I never thought to decorate and be crafty with my planners!!! So this is my very first attempt at it!
I was clearly conservative with the stickers, just too many ideas at once. It is a little difficult to read, the pages almost seem “busy.” Hoping with time (and my .03 multi color pens) the pages will have a better flow to them. My goal is to use a planner start to finish (something I never do). Maybe by allowing the planner to double as a creative outlet will help me follow through with using this entire planner.
That being said, I still need it to be functional and right now it’s A-LOT in a small space hahah Thinking of adding more stickers next week. Definitely enjoyed setting up and writing all my “To Do’s,” into the planner. Just have to figure out how to be functional and still allow it to look like a crafty bomb went off!

270 million years ago to be exact, a new species of lizards has risen: the Kizen. They were humanoids. They had a human build, but with scales from their feet to their forehead. Scale color on body, EXCEPT FACE, dark blue. Facial scales, dark teal. They had sharp claws and about the size of a lion, but some specimens got bigger, about the size of an elephant. The Kizen were smart lizards, being able to easily maneuver around most terrains, and even swim! They were exceptionally agile creatures with great hunting skills. But

bigger. They evolved. They hunched their backs, had shorter arms, and bigger heads, almost like a theropod, a class of carnivorous dinosaurs. That’s because they were. The Kizen eventually evolved into the theropod dinosaurs we know and love. Tyrannosaurus Rex? Yep. Spinosaurus? Of course. Giganotosaurus? Absolutely. Carnotorus, Majungasaurus, Ceratosaurus, Suchomimus, Allosaurus? Yes. They evolved into the carnivorous dinosaurs. But how? Well, due to certain crossbreeding and more stances and back issues, they evolved into the theropods. Now, now, not ALL Kizen were like this. Most Kizen stayed the same, with human structures and frames. However, over the course of 90 million years, they grew taller. The average height back then was 7’7. Now? 10’9. Pretty tall.
After the chance extinction event, the Kizen seeked refuge underground, where the asteroid didn’t hit. And from that moment, the Kizen continued to thrive and survive, until one day, in the year 1978, the remaining Kizen(356 members) were all publicly slaughtered. Only 3 remained. A small family that lived near the Paper School. The father: Alex. The mother: Lydia. And the son: Tom.

I struggled with a lot of mental health issues coupled by trauma and ptsd, which is not an excuse. Desde criança sempre me achei um lixo, desde meus 8-10 anos de idade, talvez por problemas hereditårios de depressão e ansiedade ( se é que isso existe ). Apesar de ter amigos desde sempre, acabava me achando deslocado deles. Sempre tive problemas em me relacionar com mulheres, via meus amigos com 10-12 anos ja namorando, beijando meninas e até indo em encontros e eu nada. O pior foi na época da pandemia, que mesmo tendo amigos, os mesmos não pareciam gostar muito de mim, me ignoravam, não me chamavam pra sair, pra ir em festas, beber e etc. tudo bem que eu era um pouco estranho, mas nada diferente dms deles, que eram um poço de merda. Com o tempo fui vendo eles e outros amigos que criei, com o tempo namorando, viajando, indo pra uns role muito doido e etc, e eu la, viciado em porno, pai depressivo alcoólatra, desistindo de viver e que não gostava de mim. Via as pessoas rindo de mim na escola, eu sofrendo um bullyng fudido por ser gótico e depressivo. Ainda pra piorar comecei a fumar cigarro e beber, ai fudeu tudo.
Imagino que o certo era ir num psicologo pq tenho tendencias depressivas e suicidas, todos os dias olho pra os caibos do telhado e penso "hum, talvez eu possa me enforcar ali". Apesar de ter varios problemas sempre gostei de ser atleta, fazer esportes e etc, fiz muay thai, boxe, jiu jitsu uma epoca ( to no muay thai dnv ). Pode parecer um pouco confuso eu escrevendo, mas pra terminar, meu estado de saude mental e fisica hj Ă©:
faço muay thai, meu pai ainda é alcoolatra e me odeia, não pego ngm pq não tenho tantas habilidades sociais, cigarro parei apesar de fumar de vez em quando, a bebida as vezes bebo, na maioria das vezes quando alguma alma solidaria me chama pra sair, faço faculdade, virgem, mas apesar de tudo tento me recuperar, apesar de parecer que não. Meu mal é as recaidas, porno, cigarro, bebida e paixoes por mulheres que não querem nada cmg, todas nunca dão certo, impresssionante, chato eu não sou, me dizem que ou bom de conversar e sou comunicativo, pode até ser real, mas pra manter uma amizade ou relacionamento cmg é muito complicado pq tenho mania de me isolar, com medo de ser ferido novamente, medo de abandono, medo de ser deixado, ignorado, odiado.
